Zicasso's headquarters is in Mountain View, California, the heart of Silicon Valley, though we are a globally distributed, remote-first workplace. Team members work from home, on five continents (and growing). We hire wherever the best talent is.
We also care deeply about our team developing strong working relationships and aligning with a common culture. While our teamwork and culture thrive through digital connectivity, we believe they are powerfully enhanced when we can connect in person. Thus, we bring everyone together on company-wide retreats and summits, typically for a week at a new location each time. For example, some of our recent trips were held in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Rome, Italy, and Arenal Volcano National Park, Costa Rica, to name a few.
