I hate the word Czechia (sounds like a sneeze or Chechnya). The trip planning and enactment went well. We were always met by whom and where stated, so some of this criticism is advice to you and myself.

The trip included all the sites and activities we wanted. The hotels and guides in each city were excellent, and the transportation provided to/from airports and to each city made the trip that much more convenient and enjoyable.

We were very impressed with the attention to detail that was provided. We went to places that we didn’t even know existed. Zicasso's travel agent kept in good contact with us the entire trip and we never had to worry about anything. The tour guides, drivers, and hotels were all the best.

This trip exceeded all our expectations! Every element was well organized and on time – drivers, trains, event tickets, and tour guides! The hotels in all three cities were excellent! They were in walkable locations, with great breakfasts and attentive staff. The customization of the trip to the things we wanted to experience was excellent! We had such a good time and I was able to relax because the itinerary was so detailed and perfect. Every train time, every tour, every activity, every driver, and every hotel were masterfully scheduled. They included maps, distances, and directions, along with great restaurant recommendations and interesting facts about the areas. I was truly blown away by the level of detail and care put into our personalized itinerary.
Not only was the trip well organized, but their team was very attentive, checked in with us periodically to see if we were doing OK, and they were available for questions or concerns immediately.
