The Zicasso travel agency planned and organized our fun trip to Belize. They were eager to listen to what we wanted to do, provide insight and ideas, and work with the schedule and budget we suggested. We were a small group that wanted individualized attention and they accommodated that.

We covered Belize. We explained how much we wanted to see in a limited amount of time and they achieved that. As we neared, they were in solid communication so we would know what to expect and how to stay in touch. On the occasions when we needed assistance, they immediately got back to us.

I would recommend this travel company to others for their travel needs.

We recently returned from a trip to Costa Rica. The Zicasso travel company set it up for my husband, me, our son, daughter-in-law and grandsons aged 18 and 16. Their planning and execution were flawless.

Our agent, his wife, and our driver met us at the airport with chocolate and a Costa Rican print for each of us. We had transportation for all three places we visited (La Fortuna, Monteverde, and Manuel Antonio), as well as transportation for all our excursions. In La Fortuna and Manuel Antonio, we stayed at high-end resorts and loved them. In Monteverde we stayed at a hotel. The staff there were outstanding.

The travel agents checked on us several times during the trip and were always available if we had a problem. We had no problems, but they were always available if needed.

Zicasso’s tour planners curated the perfect trip to Argentina for my son (college senior) and me. They designed an itinerary that took us to Buenos Aires, the Mendoza wine region, and Iguazú Falls, and paired us with bilingual guides who were knowledgeable and fun. Thanks to our guides, whose tours made our overall experience that much better, and to the drivers who helped get us to and from airports and hotels. Every detail was handled beautifully and this allowed us to relax and enjoy our first visit to Argentina.

The accommodations they selected were excellent and we enjoyed staying at smaller boutique hotels that included breakfast. The location of the hotel in Palermo Soho in Buenos Aires was perfect and it was easy to walk to restaurants, nice shops, and into the main part of the city (fine arts museum, bookstore and so much more). Argentina is an amazing country with so much to offer and we look forward to returning and exploring even more. Zicasso’s travel company was a big part of making this an unforgettable trip. We enjoyed our trip! We got to see several iconic sites, like Machu Picchu, Iguazú Falls, and Christ the Redeemer.

We had an excellent trip to Argentina! When I spoke with Zicasso’s travel agent, I had a few ideas of what I wanted to see and do. We were presented with a trip that exceeded our expectations. We spent time in Buenos Aires, Cafayate and Iguazú Falls.

All of our accommodations were excellent. However, the food, spa, and views at the Cafayate hotel were hands down our favorite.

In Buenos Aires, we attended a tango show and explored the city. We also learned how to make empanadas and learned about Argentinian wines at a private cooking class and wine tasting.

In Cafayate, we visited boutique wineries, went horseback riding, and visited a farm that made amazing goat cheeses.

Our last stop at Iguazú Falls was breathtaking.

I appreciated our agent’s team making some minor changes during our time in Argentina and having someone to help us with the language (our Spanish is non-existent). And our drivers and operators were excellent. Overall, it was an amazing trip!

The trip was a life-changing experience and included all the things our family enjoys. It was a very immersive experience living in the midst of local people and interacting with tour guides who were like our family while we were there. The Zicasso travel company paid attention to all the details in our requests and planned a very organized and well-thought-out trip. The organizers and tour guides were very friendly and always available for advice and questions.

Working with Zicasso’s tour company was a superb experience! First, our agent did a stellar job of interrogating our wants and needs for the trip and then set up marvelous drivers, guides, flights, and accommodations! I can't say enough about this wonderful organization. Even when we had a health issue and my husband couldn't join me, our agent immediately accommodated the change in plans. The excellent in-country know-how of the travel team made for a most wonderful visit to Peru. Priceless! My travel companions and I couldn't be happier that we chose Crossing Andes for our adventure. We do think of them now as our Peruvian family if we ever want/need to return and we'll be telling others about them.

The entire trip was well organized and very well paced. I didn’t know exactly what to do in Belize, but told Zicasso’s trip planner that we wanted to get away for our anniversary, relax, and not feel rushed. She took that and captured the essence of Belize in the time we had.

It felt like our agent only worked with the best possible companies for each service we had on our trip. From transportation to adventure set-ups, every company we encountered in Belize was reliable, made confirmations the night before, and on time.

Our agent was also quick to respond to emails, very helpful, and honest about what she felt would be a good versus overrated/underwhelming adventure. And she was quick to problem solve, even while we were in Belize. For example, our cabana was unbearably hot, miserable to sleep in, and we dreaded having to spend any more time in the room than necessary. I sent her an email about the room on the first night before finally falling asleep. By morning, she had already contacted management and had our rooms changed. Done, like magic! No hiccups, no guilt trips; they apologized and made sure the room was acceptable before resettling us.

I know we will go back to Belize and I know we will ask our agent to help us find the hidden gems while we are there.
