Our experience in Bhutan and Nepal was wonderful. From first planning the itinerary to needing some assistance while traveling, our Zicasso agent was wonderful to work with. All of our accommodations, guides, and drivers were exceptional. I would highly recommend our travel company. We opted for a private tour of Bhutan and Nepal. I am very glad I booked activities at our agent’s suggestion: for example, the mountain flight from Kathmandu and the visit to Chitwan National Park, which was well worth the visit.

This was an absolutely amazing trip. Zicasso’s tour company accommodated everything we wanted to do during our short, four-day trip to Bhutan. Our guide and driver were incredible. The tour company’s owner was amazing and greeted us the first night and took us to dinner. I have zero complaints about our trip! Everything was perfect and we will certainly be coming back to Bhutan with our travel company.

This trip went way beyond our expectations. We received the best service we have ever had. The hotels were palaces and the guides were expert, fun, and personable, so much so that you get attached to them. The service levels made us feel totally spoiled. It would be next to impossible to surpass this trip. I highly recommend Zicasso’s travel operator and will use them again and again. We even had a great many dinner reservations made for us, in addition to all the tours and other travel planning. We felt like royalty.

Overall, the trip was amazing and perfectly planned and executed. We loved the impromptu dinner with monks at a monastery and sitting in on evening prayers. Tiger’s Nest hike was great as was the Black Crain Festival. Our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable, kind and informative. He felt authentic as a Buddhist and citizen of Bhutan. Our driver was also excellent. We felt very safe with him. He was always there when we needed him. Very nice guy as well.
The local travel agent was very helpful when we had an issue with one of our Bhutan visas--they checked in with us directly a couple times throughout the trip. Everything went according to plan—we had no issues.
