The Zicasso travel company provided all one could want and hope for in a great vacation. They catered to our every need, provided attention to detail, and 24-hour service via WhatsApp to address any questions. Their staff were professional and well-trained, and every part of the experience was top-notch. They put together an amazing itinerary, with all the best highlights of the areas in Italy we wanted to visit. We visited Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, the Tuscany region, Positano, Capri, Ravello, Florence, Portofino, Venice, and Rome – a trip of a lifetime. I would highly recommend them and would use them again when I return to Italy.

The Zicasso tour operator was a true travel professional. He worked diligently with me to plan our special trip to Normandy and Paris. His responses to our questions, as well as his excellent planning, gave me great faith, and we were not disappointed. Our guides in Paris and Normandy shared excellent knowledge in their respective fields and surely are rated top in their fields. In addition, our driver in Normandy was an added asset, as he was always prompt, professional, and obliging during our four-day travels with him.

This trip was planned as a high-school graduation gift for our granddaughter. She was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and our agents worked diligently to locate gluten-free restaurants along our travel path. This was an indication of their commitment to provide us with excellent service. I doubt other travel agents would provide this type of service.

We were provided an excellent app that included our trip details, as well as tickets purchased for us. This was an additional benefit as we did not need to carry abundant paperwork.

We requested small boutique hotels and were quite pleased with our agent's choices. Each hotel offered excellent service and was responsive to our needs.

We look forward to using Zicasso again and would definitely recommend this travel company to anyone traveling in France… That is the highest compliment!

The trip and our Zicasso tour planner were exemplary. There was not a single detail that went awry. In fact, the entire 22 days were planned and executed perfectly, which was amazing given the number of cities, museums, and sites we visited.

All of our hotels were first class, especially the ones in Naples, Venice, and Porto Venere, which were palatial!

All of our guides were knowledgeable about the museums or areas of our tours and all were very willing to answer our questions and accommodate our needs and wishes. We felt like we had made new friends at each location.

Our drivers and their vehicles were also first class. Each driver was knowledgeable, drove safely, and got us to our destinations as planned. We want to especially thank the driver from Florence to Siena. When I mentioned that my father was stationed in Italy during WWII, he went out of his way to take us to an American WWII memorial between Florence and Siena. It was breathtaking!

Our agent also proposed two events that we hadn't considered – a vineyard tour and wine tasting, as well as a pasta-making class. Both were so fun and really added to our Italian experience!

We recently traveled to Italy. Zicasso’s tour operator helped us with all the travel planning and this was yet another adventure of a lifetime that Zicasso helped us with - wonderful and memorable, to say the least. We had two full weeks exploring Italy with our travel company’s help, which was unforgettable, and we all absolutely enjoyed every aspect of the trip.

The trip exceeded our expectations, as did our agent and her staff. They were able to seamlessly coordinate this adventure with our excursion to Milano and Sardegna to visit friends. They took our initial thoughts about what we wanted to do in Italy and developed the perfect itinerary, with options for us to consider. They recommended tours, hotels, and restaurants, all of which were unbelievably nice and wonderful, and gave us a feel for the different areas where we stayed. They also made sure we had some downtime to rest a little between the exciting excursions.

They connected us with numerous tour guides, all truly knowledgeable and fantastic, and ensured the tours met our expectations and allowed us to explore different parts of Italy. We visited numerous locations throughout the country and they made sure all the travel connections were seamless by making sure drivers picked us up and dropped us off at the various locations, securing train tickets as needed, recommending restaurants, or making dinner reservations for us, thereby minimizing stress.

We had an amazing trip and our agent was responsible for making it so memorable. We can't thank our travel company enough for an amazing adventure and their attention to the little and big details. For example, they needed to change our train tickets because of a strike, rearrange a boat trip because of bad weather, and reschedule dinner reservations because I caught a horrible cold while traveling. Their attention to detail and all the requirements made our trip easy and stress free so we could thoroughly enjoy our time in Italy and truly enjoy the adventure.

Please note that we worked with our travel company for about a year and they provided stellar service the whole time, even with last-minute changes during the week of travel and during the trip. They were understanding, very responsive to all our needs, and alerted us immediately of changes, like when our boat tour to Capri was rescheduled because of high winds. They immediately rearranged the tour as needed and we were able to experience the tour of Capri, which was greatly appreciated.

We will again use Zicasso and one of their travel consultants for our next adventure somewhere in the world and our children are now using your service. Do you cover the Arctic?

We had a wonderful trip! The Zicasso travel agent was available by phone or text for any questions we had. Spain is such a beautiful country, with so much to see. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
