This was an excellent service to use for my first time in Italy. Zicasso’s travel agents made many good suggestions, built the itinerary with tickets and necessary connections, and made everything seamless and smooth. There were many great tour options and the tour companies were extremely well organized and accommodating.

Everything was perfect! Every person showed up on time and was very knowleable, and the events our Zicasso tour operator planned were well worthwhile. She heard what we wanted to do and how we wanted to do it! I would use our tour company and Zicasso again. The wine tasting deep in the Amalifi hills, led by one of the owners, was very memorable, with his wife cooking a homemade lunch the icing on the cake.
