I had the pleasure of having Harpa as my travel specialist. This was my very first solo international trip and I was extremely happy with Harpa's knowledge of Iceland. She designed the perfect trip. I explained to her my interests and the things I wanted to do. Harpa was very attentive to all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated her checking in on me while I was there. I couldn't have done this trip without Harpa.

Zicasso’s trip planner was amazing to work with. From our first phone conversation, I could tell he really listened to what my husband and I enjoy when traveling and put together an amazing itinerary. He was super-helpful throughout the trip and when we had questions and wanted to make a last-minute change.

The trip itself was an absolute dream. All three hotels he booked were perfect and the tours were outstanding.

Our honeymoon trip to Italy went very well; we truly enjoyed every minute. It felt very luxurious. The hotels were all very nice. Every tour, experience, and tour guide was amazing. All of the private transfers around Italy were helpful and we felt very taken care of and safe.

As far as the travel company, we had some issues along the way. I provided our flight information into Italy ahead of time, but on the travel plan they noted we were arriving at a different airport than we did – I used their plan to book trains and other transportation to our hotel, so we had to take a last-minute bus, which started the trip on a rough note.

We also would have appreciated someone to reach out to while in Italy to make sure the trip was going smoothly. The communication overall was lacking, although they did provide phone numbers in case of emergencies, if we were running late, or had travel delays, which we appreciated. We also wished more information had been given for some of the experiences as a lot of the time we went into them without truly knowing the itinerary or plan for the day.

Overall though, we would recommend this travel company.

Zicasso’s travel agent was very easy to work with. She got to know me and what I wanted out of the trip, and did a great job of creating a trip my family loved. I didn't know much about Greece or where specifically we wanted to go, but after a couple of conversations and emails, she created an amazing trip for us. When we had questions or wanted changes, she quickly made them, and her suggestions and advice were invaluable.

There were a few logistical hiccups on the trip with regard to drivers, but the travel agency was very responsive via WhatsApp and resolved everything quickly and satisfactorily.

Everything about our trip was close to perfect in regard to the planning and execution of our travel plan. We took a leap of faith in using Zicasso after reading other positive reviews and are happy we made that decision.

Our planner did an exceptional job of listening to our interests, age, and lifestyle, then planning our trip. After the initial plan was proposed, we tweaked a few things and it worked out perfectly. During the trip, he promptly answered a few of my questions about tipping and changes to times of one or two tours. I offered feedback on a few of our experiences and he was genuinely interested. He was exceptional!

The two hotels were five-star and in great areas.

Every driver and tour was prompt and the drivers and guides courteous.

And the price was more reasonable when compared to comparable tours offered by "traditional" travel companies.

We would 10 out of 10 recommend this Zicasso travel company! This was our honeymoon and it was worth having someone else plan and handle the entire trip. They set us up with personal transfers, private and small group tours of all the major sights, and a dream yacht day. It was all a dream come true. The Zicasso travel agent was a lifeline every step of the way, we really felt supported by her and the people she set us up with over five cities in two weeks. There were too many highlights and we keep telling anyone who will listen that this is the way to do Italy, through this company! Thank you to our agent and her team!

This vacation was sensational from beginning to end. The hotel choices were absolutely perfect. The tours were extremely fun and educational. We never got bored and were always engaged in conversations. The drivers and staff members at all locations were spot on, friendly, and so helpful with everything, from recommendations to conversations on the histories of those towns with small tour guides.

This vacation was epic; we had uptime and downtime, making it awesome to recharge our batteries. It was beautiful from day one to day 13. Imagine; we visited Venice, Lake Garda, Florence, Cortona, Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Capri, Naples, and Rome. In between, we had wine tastings, cooking classes, and several private boat adventures. Everything was private, which was so special and unique. We have over 600 memorable pictures and unlimited memories for a lifetime.

We are extremely happy we chose this company and Zicasso as our travel experts; it was the best decision we have ever made. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts; we enjoyed every moment, thank you. We have already highly recommended your firm to several doctor friends of ours who will be calling you.

We just finished our trip to Iceland. From the very beginning, Adi from the travel agency was attentive to my ideas for our itinerary, while adding valuable insight into additional activities that would help to make a memorable experience.

We experienced it all. Snorkeling the fissure (with the best company. We didn't wear dry suits and were in the water the longest – I was hesitant, but I didn't need to be), walking the glacier, ATV riding (in some of the most beautiful areas), horseback riding, descending into a dormant volcano, and so much more. Small hikes, warm baths, and film sets rounded off the trip. 

I would be remiss if I didn't add that we had a great guide. He made sure everything ran smoothly. When the weather caused whale watching to be canceled, he immediately went into plan B mode. He was easygoing and made sure we were where we needed to be when we needed to be there. He was friendly and answered all our questions. When our son was stuck in Iceland after our trip ended, he reached out to see if he could help. As a side note, we were promptly refunded for the whale watching which was canceled.

This is a top-notch company. I will use them again when we come back for the Northern Lights. I highly recommend them.
