We just finished 10 outstanding days in Ireland on a trip that was completely organized and facilitated by Zicasso's travel company. Zicasso's trip planner was great to work with. Her planning was very detailed and well thought out. She kept in touch with us throughout the trip.

All arrangements for transfers and hotels went smoothly.  For the most part the local guides were good but some not so much.  A number of guides found it easy to be distracted by phone calls while in the course of guiding and while they apologized for this, these interruptions detracted from the overall experience - the issue is were they necessary and/or urgent interruptions given that the guide was being paid to essentially work for the client?I would certainly use Zicasso for another... Zicasso's trip planner booked us the most amazing mother-daughter trip. We traveled to Rome, Florence, and the Amalfi Coast, and every piece was perfectly timed and planned. Each experience that was planned was with great guides and chefs, making every day fun and engaging. I highly recommend her and her team!

The trip was great and the coordination for trains, transfers to and from hotels, and the airport provided by Zicasso's trip planner was perfect. We enjoyed the variety of each city and the hotel locations were perfect for our needs. We also appreciated the private tours, with extraordinary local tour guides. It was a first-rate trip overall.
