Zicasso’s travel designer was a joy to work with. He accommodated every issue and concern we had prior to the trip. The planning was excellent. We requested personal tours. Every driver was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Every guide was the same and all had incredible personalities. The tour partners he arranged to assist with trips that the travel company didn't provide were excellent.
My husband has a prosthetic leg, so there were many details that had to be taken into account to accommodate his needs. Again, all of the individuals we dealt with were very mindful of his needs and helpful, but still allowed him his independence, as much as was possible. I can't say enough about working with our travel designer and the fabulous trip to Greece that he put together.
We also had the benefit of him meeting us at our hotel in Athens when we arrived in Athens, which was also a plus to put a face to the person I had been dealing with only on the computer. This was by far a dream-come-true trip for us that this travel designer made possible!

Words alone cannot explain how happy and appreciative I am with the quality of planning and the level of service we received from Zicasso’s travel agent. She knows Italy! She knew the best locations, providers, and excursions. Not once in 13 days did our group of five encounter a single issue. I can only attribute this to the travel agent's attention to detail and her appreciation for the people who are visiting her amazing country. Thank you for an amazing itinerary. This Ireland trip was absolutely incredible. Our family of 13 ranged from three to 70 years old and we loved it so much. Working with Zicasso’s travel agent was so easy. During the planning stage, she accommodated my calls and emails, executing perfectly on a flawless itinerary.
We loved starting out in Dublin and then traveling to the stunning Irish countryside by way of private driver. We saw so much, from the Rock of Cashel to the Blarney Stone, the English market in Cork, and the café in Cork, which was a highlight for us!
Our absolute favorite accommodation was our lodge in County Kerry, which was a stunning property that took our experience to the next level.
The Gap of Dunloe and Cliffs of Moher were two of our favorite tours.
The travel company handled all the logistics with precision! Every transfer, tour, and activity was meticulously planned, allowing my family and me to fully immerse without worry. And our guide/driver, well, he was the absolute best. He became the 14th family member by the end of our eight-day road trip together!

Our trip to Greece was definitely five-star. There were very few glitches in the trip; overall, it was a very good experience.
Zicasso’s travel specialist was very helpful during the planning phase of the trip. For instance, during the planning phase, she recommended that we visit Naxos rather than Paros because she was concerned that Paxos would be partially shut down because of the timing in late October. We believe she was correct in this judgment. She was very responsive whenever we had a problem.

My husband and I just returned from Greece. Everything was seamless. All details were handled. We did not have to think about anything other than what time to be ready for our driver(s). We are now planning Italy for next year and will be using Zicasso for this trip as well!

We enjoyed the diverse landscapes and varying villages and cities we visited. Each area had its own personality and gave us a good educational and cultural experience. Zicasso’s travel company did a fabulous job with our accommodations in every location, as well as the wonderful meals and menus chosen for us, and the planned stops and activities on our route.
