Our experience with Zicasso’s travel company was fantastic. When I started planning our trip, Zicasso’s travel specialist was very helpful in giving me ideas on putting together an itinerary to cover the historic sites of Egypt, as well as Petra in Jordan. He sent a detailed proposal with hotels, inter-country flights, tours, and optional activities. He made himself available to answer any questions via WhatsApp during the planning process.
When we arrived at and departed from various airports (Amman, Cairo, Aswan, Abu Simbel, and Hurghada), we were met by company representatives to ensure everything went smoothly. We were also given WhatsApp contacts for the operations team while in-country in case we had any questions.
Our three guides in Jordan, on our Nile River cruise from Aswan to Luxor, and in Cairo were all excellent. They were very knowledgeable and made our trip logistically stress free. All of our drivers got us where we needed to be on time. All of the hotels, as well as our Nile River cruise, were excellent.
Everyone at the travel company really wanted to ensure we enjoyed ourselves and all our needs were taken care of. We decided to do a hot-air balloon ride in Luxor last minute and switch from a horse-drawn carriage to a boat ride, and they made it happen. Our two-week trip was relaxing, enjoyable, and stress free.

The staff at Zicasso's tour agency were easy to work with. They really listened to what I wanted to achieve on my trip, were flexible, allowed me to voice my opinion, and were very respectful of my budget. The guides were very knowledgeable, friendly, and concerned. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to visit Israel and neighboring countries. They were very professional and personable.

While I normally handle my own trip planning, we decided to work with Zicasso for our first trip to Morocco at the advice of a friend, and I am so pleased with the entire experience. The knowledgeable travel agent listened to our ideas and helped us create an itinerary.

We loved everything about the trip! It was definitely a five-star experience! Zicasso’s travel specialist was wonderful. We had to cancel the original trip due to my health, but she was able to work with the travel companies, so we lost less money than we might have. She is very responsive and patient with questions. Her team was able to track down my visa to Tanzania when the other three had already received theirs!

This was one of the single greatest experiences of our lives. David put together an itinerary of touring and accommodations that was nothing short of perfection. And he matched us with a guide who in my view knows more about the history of this magnificent country than Netanyahu. We dined like royalty at the various restaurants David booked for us - all said, this was the vacation of a lifetime. If you want a first class experience when you visit Israel (and you really should) you should let David plan your trip. You won’t be disappointed. 

We enjoyed the diverse landscapes and varying villages and cities we visited. Each area had its own personality and gave us a good educational and cultural experience. Zicasso’s travel company did a fabulous job with our accommodations in every location, as well as the wonderful meals and menus chosen for us, and the planned stops and activities on our route.

We couldn't have asked for a better tour guide and company. Our travel agent really saved our trip. We reached out just a few weeks before our 11-day visit to the country. We were so impressed at how well he listened to what we wanted to do, as well as our challenges with trying to meet up with our daughter. Despite that, he was able to pull together a magnificent itinerary for Rabat, Tangier, Marrakech, and the Atlas Mountains.
We needed a driver the whole time and our driver was so much more than that. The riads our travel agent found, the restaurants, and the cultural experiences were just perfect. Plus, we had ample downtime. The guides were knowledgeable and accommodating to our requests.
From the minute we arrived in Rabat to the moment we left, we felt in good hands. We are so grateful to their expertise and to Zicasso for connecting us to such an excellent person and company.
