This was the best travel company and trip we have ever had, as Zicasso’s tour company paid attention in the planning to all of our interests and concerns, and addressed them all with dedication, inspiration, and outstanding service and experiences.

The trip was very good. We learned a lot about the culture, food, people, and land. We didn’t feel it was 100% as our trip to Botswana and South Africa. The guide was OK, but not great. If I were to share my itinerary, I would omit Wayanad, where we felt the drive was very long and the hotel was not up to par. Kochi, Kumarakom, Munnar, and Madurai were wonderful.

Everything went well and as planned, plus it was flexible enough to accommodate changes en route.
