Everyone we interacted with, such as guides and drivers, was most hospitable. We felt we were in excellent hands. Zicasso’s tour company certainly tailored the trip to our interests, including cultural immersion, local cuisine, and nature.

Zicasso's travel partner planned an exceptional trip to Japan for my family of five. It was our first trip there and our group's ages ranged from 30 to 72. A great time was had by all and the tour guides, hotels, and itinerary were spot on each step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better trip. Communication throughout the trip was great and we made adjustments along the way to suit our interests. We were so happy with everything!

My wife and I had a fantastic three-week trip to Sri Lanka in December 2018 and January 2019. This tour company provided us with an itinerary that allowed for a diversity of experiences, giving us an excellent snapshot of the culture, people, food, and natural landscape of Sri Lanka, a country that has something to offer all travelers.We enjoyed the historical sites in the Cultural Triangle, the wildlife in Gal Oya National Park, hiking in Knuckles Mountain, relaxing in Tea Trails, and walking on the beach in Habaraduwa. Kudos to this tour company for catering to our travel interests. Both the company and the country did not disappoint!

Working with the Zicasso travel agency to plan our trip to Japan (Tokyo/Hakone/Kyoto/Kobe) was the best decision we made. We had two meetings (and email traffic) to discuss what type of trip we were looking for, our budget, and how we like to travel. Our agent came back with a fantastic trip based on those discussions. There were so many special activities included that we would never have experienced without her help, from a nigiri-making class to washi paper making, then samurai training and so much more.

Our hand-selected guides were also amazing and so well prepared by our agent and the team regarding what types of sights we wanted to see and what some of our travel challenges might be. These guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and felt like my new friends.

We also experienced a slight medical issue while on our trip and the agency helped us find a doctor the same day. They seriously went above and beyond.

I also loved that we had an app that showed our entire itinerary and that we could message them during the trip with any questions or issues. They would check in to make sure we were having a good time and to see if they could be helpful. We received total white-glove treatment from start to finish.

I will absolutely use them for my next trip to Japan!!

When we first started planning our trip, we were unsure as to what to expect. We asked Zicasso for recommendations on a travel agent for Rajasthan, India. We were contacted by the trip planner of this travel company.After taking time to discuss what we might expect to see, our planner recommended an itinerary that would allow us to sample a cross-section of Rajasthan as well as learn some of the history and culture. He suggested that we visit during Diwali, a fantastic experience, and that the end of October and early November would be ideal weather-wise, which it was.Our itinerary included exploring New Delhi, seeing the Taj Mahal, visiting multiple cities, riding camels and elephants, staying in luxurious hotels, tents in Jaisalmer desert (we stayed in a Camp Relais & Chateaux, an indescribable, wow experience), and a repurposed feudal lord's home which offered character and flavor galore. We were accompanied by one guide, an exceptional, articulate young man, and mostly one driver, and this constancy made the trip much smoother. The trip planner tries to pair personalities, and he did a great job here, which clearly points out the personal attention we received.Our trip ended with dinner at the planner's home, with his wife and sister-in-law graciously cooking a wonderful Indian meal for us. It was a very special evening for which we are grateful.We strongly recommend the trip planner and this travel company. Our trip, planned by Zicasso’s tour company, was so much more than expected. Our agent provided a detailed itinerary and communicated what we could expect when we reached each new destination. We had trouble getting to our initial destination because of flight delays caused by remnants of Hurricane Debby. Our agent was accessible and worked hard to get our situation resolved.

Once we arrived, we were blown away by the outstanding camps she arranged for us. Our itinerary was amazing and we had a fabulous time at each of the three destinations she booked for us.

Getting home was also filled with airline problems. Again, our agent was there to assist with genuine concern and helped us get safely home. We would've been lost without her. Our agent and her company were a happy find when I went looking for an African safari travel agent.

I cannot recommend the Zicasso travel partner enough! Our tour operator made the whole process easy and a once-in-a-lifetime experience affordable. Delhi, the airports, and Varanasi would have been challenging to navigate without the expert guides who made person-to-person handoffs from the minute we stepped off the plane. Our kids (older teens) were very jet lagged and not feeling well the first few days (the pollution is significant), so we needed some itinerary adjustments. These were quick and seamless, and our travel agent was even able to swap days/activities on the fly.

Everyone was so accommodating; we really appreciated it. We always felt safe and enjoyed truly authentic, off-the-beaten-path experiences, such as spiritual Varanasi’s Ganges River ceremonies and the ISKCON temple in Vrindavan.

I wish to thank Zicasso’s tour company for an unforgettable trip to Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia.

Their suggestions on tours within the larger trip, honed by my preferences, led to a variety of experiences: learning about the histories of these countries, experiencing their culture and religious beliefs, meeting a wide variety of people, and enjoying great food along the way.

I consider myself an experienced traveler, but found our travel company’s enveloping presence throughout the journey would provide comfort to the least experienced traveler. The company also gave this "old hand" a sense of confidence that little would go wrong along the way. At each point in the trip, the meet-ups were error-free and the guides selected were talented and knowledgeable ambassadors of the topic at hand.

Therefore, for anyone considering a trip to Asia, I can wholeheartedly recommend this tour company as your partner for a great journey.
