This agency arranged a wonderful trip for us to Argentina and Chile (Buenos Aires, Mendoza, El Calafate, Torres del Paine, Santiago and San Pedro de Atacama). The itinerary was prepared with our input and budget considerations though a very easy interactive process with their team. The accommodations and tours were as promised and we had a wonderful vacation that included city tours, wine tasting and some more adventurous outings in Patagonia and the Atacama Desert. I can certainly recommend them for your travel needs without any hesitation. A big thanks to our travel planners and the rest of the travel team.

I was working on the suggestion of my son that we should consider a trip to Chile! What an awkward place to visit, I thought! It turned out to be the trip of a lifetime. In our planning the trip, I stumbled upon Zicasso and with the help of our agent created an itinerary that we thought would suit our needs. Our agent had to persuade us a bit to spend some extra time in the desert in lieu of some days in the capital. That turned out to be the best advice ever. San Pedro de Atacama is a fascinating destination. Magnificent landscapes, towering mountains, salt lakes, varied wildlife and outdoor activities e.g sand boarding for those willing to skate down a 100metre sand slope in the Death Valley! The visit to the Moon Valley at sunset was a highlight, especially when our guides surprised us with a fantastic bottle of Carmenere complimented by superb cheeses and ham. After 3 days in the desert it was time to head south to Patagonia. Excellent care was taken of our travel arrangements, although the airline temporarily lost one of our 4 suitcases( 4 travellers). Our travel company was sure to keep a tab on that minor inconvenience and all worked out well after 2 days when the recovery was made. In the meantime, the hotel was a splendid choice for a base to explore Patagonia. Nothing was left to chance by the hotel staff and their guides to ensure our comfort. The south was equally impressive as the desert although poles apart in climate and scenery. The final leg in Santiago was short but sweet. The hotel there went far far beyond our expectations. What a splendid little boutique hotel: elegant, friendly and warm! I am grateful for the assistance that our travel company provided us in planning and executing this trip.

Our travel agency created the perfect itinerary for our trip to Chile! We were a group of six people of varying ages. We spent a couple of days in Santiago over New Year's weekend and then traveled to the Lake District and stayed near Puerto Varas at a hotel on Lake Llanquihue overlooking the Oromo Volcano. We spent three full days there doing a variety of activities. Although we were told that the activities in the Lake District had to be selected and booked in advance, that was not the case and in fact we changed several of our originally planned activities for various reasons. The hotel was fabulous! We loved the spacious rooms which overlooked the lake and the volcano, the food was wonderful and the staff was attentive and friendly. We had a private Chilean BBQ dinner one night which was a culinary highlight of our stay at the hotel! From the Lake District, we flew to Puerto Arenas where we were met for the drive to Patagonia where we stayed at a magnificent hotel. We would not have wanted to stay anywhere else! The rooms consisted of beautiful individual "huts" situated on a hillside overlooking Los Torres del Paines and each had a private outdoor wood-fired hot tub for an evening soak. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the food was excellent and the wine delicious! Our guides were fabulous, both personally and professionally. They were very knowledgeable about the area and made excellent recommendations for our daily excursions, which were understandably more demanding than those in the Lake District. We thought it was terrific to spend a few days in the Lake District after Santiago so we could build up to the greater challenges of Patagonia. It was a perfect progression in the itinerary. We finished our trip in the wine country at a winery and hotel, where we simply relaxed for two days. It was a wonderful way to wind up this adventurous, fabulous trip! This travel company could not have planned a better itinerary for our group!

We spent two weeks in Chile, comprising a visit to Santiago and surrounding areas, Patagonia and Atacama during December/January of 2017-18. Our experience has made Chile one of our top vacation destinations, and we found Patagonia to be one of the most beautiful places on the planet!
Our travel agency was key to making Chile special for us. They were very responsive throughtout the early phase when we were planning our trip, and helped us think through the logistics very well. At every spot, they added elements that made our hotel stays a great experience. We were in constant communication with our agent through a text chat and she helped us with restaurant reservations, changes to our plans, questions and so on throughout our trip.
Thank you to our travel company for a great Chile experience. We will surely be back.

We had a wonderful time in Chile. Organizing the trip was last minute, but easy to do with the people at our travel agency. I'm glad that they suggested the resort in the Atacama desert, that was really fantastic. All the transfers but one went smoothly, and we were able to see many sites, and enjoy some incredible foods.
We cannot wait to return to Chile and explore other parts of the country, specifically Patagonia and Easter Island. This was one of our better vacations.
