We were three couples with extensive travel experience. This travel agent and her company rank at the top of the travel agencies we have used. Our agent is a Dubrovnik resident and very knowledgeable about local matters. Thus, she provided great insight and suggestions regarding our itinerary. Importantly, she was also very responsive to all of our pre- trip inquiries. Once we had our basic plans, our agent made us reservations at the best hotels and restaurants, obtained excellent drivers and transportation, engaged terrific guides, and arranged special events we will never forget. While we were on our trip, our travel agent stayed in contact with our guides to ensure that everything was going well, and she even met us when we arrived in Dubrovnik. Our trip can be broken into three parts. We began in Istria. There, the hotel in Rovinj is one of the nicest in Europe. It could be a destination itself. We toured the country-side with olive groves, vineyards, and charming villages. Truffle hunting was also special experience in area. We then traveled to Split and after a couple of days there, boarded our private catamaran for a week's tour of the islands. Our boat was new, clean, and large enough for six. The captain and hostess were great. This was great fun; the sea and the islands are beautiful. But we had two days of bad weather. Our boat captain told me that our travel agent contacted him to provide alternative experiences for us during that time at no expense to us. He stated that he had never dealt with a travel agent so willing to put the customer's interest ahead of her own. The last part of the trip was in Dubrovnik, with a day trip to Montenegro. Once again, the hotel and the restaurant reservations our agent arranged were wonderful. Throughout the transportation was in new, comfortable vehicles, and the drivers and guides spoke good English, were very knowledgeable, and quite friendly. Our travel agent took care of every detail and it was clear to us that she genuinely cared that our trip took place seamlessly.

Our travel planner did a fantastic job putting our 10 day itinerary together. We spent 3 night at each location: Split, Hvar and Dubrovnik. The hotels were great, the transportation seamless and excursions fantastic.

We communicated with this travel specialist who offered good suggestions and planning. However as It ended up we did not book the whole itinerary from our travel specialist as we followed a friend's recommendations. Her service and attitude were so good that we still continued to engage her to provide fill-in items we required including a short tour in Split, a half day tour of Pula with pick up and drop off in Rovinj, transfers from Split to Hvar, Transfer from Hvar to Dubrovnik and final transfer from our Dubrovnik hotel to the airport. Everything she arranged was tops. All the drivers and guides showed up on time and were courteous and friendly, the black cars were all new and spacious and over all the experience was very smooth. It helped make our vacation flawless. I highly recommend her services.

Hello,
I just returned from a great trip in Croatia planned by this travel agent. First of all, we choose this agency straight off the internet without any personal recommendation, and she exceeded our expectations. She spoke fluent English, a must for us as US citizens and she was always responsive. She reworked our itinerary several times to fit our needs and interests. Then, at the last minute, my husband had emergency surgery and could not make the trip. Once again,my agent reworked all the reservations to accommodate my adult son, my new travel partner, refunding tickets and changing room accommodations in high season. She also met us at our first hotel in Dubrovnik and gave us another hour of personal attention to be sure that our new needs would be met. All hotels were great and our guides were marvelous. We had a knowledgeable professional take us through the old city, and fun captains take us on an customized boat tours with stop offs for lunch at a picturesque seaside cafe and an out of the way beach restaurant. We also had a driver for 3 days taking us into Bosnia, to the Plitvice Lakes National Park and back to Zagreb to depart Croatia by train. He was a perfect gentleman and a person of service who made our travels so enjoyable. Our agent's entire staff should be complemented as they are well trained and truly interested in providing a positive experience. You will enjoy this agent's enthusiasm and organizational skills!

We are very inexperienced at international travel, and nervous about striking out on our own- at the same time totally uninterested in touring with a group- spending more time with other tourists and worrying about schedules then just being in the moment.
Our agent really listened to us and put together exactly the trip we dreamed of. We had a phenomenal holiday in Slovenia & Croatia, with an excursion to Montenegro. This is such a beautiful part of the world, both the scenic beauty and the wonderful little towns and villages. Our driver welcomed us at the airport when we arrived in Ljubliana, the capital of Slovenia- and I think the first words out of his mouth after greeting us were- "Relax- from now on leave everything to us- I will take good care of you". And he did, with the help of our guide in Slovenia and Istria, and the rest of our agent's team. Of course this included leaving us on our own when we wished, for quiet time with a glass of wine and the sunset in Rovinj, or wandering thru the streets of the old town in Dubrovnik. We also were able to spend time with our driver and the others- really learning about these brand new countries, their people, their history, their passion and pride for sharing their homes.
We asked for quality lodging- small, boutique style hotels- wow- did our agent deliver!!. We were upgraded to a suite in Ljubliana, having breakfast under the arches in a palace built in the 14th century- with less than a dozen other guests. Our windows in Rovinj opened to the most beautiful harbor view- I think maybe 6 rooms here. Every place we stayed had it's own personality and charm- with real people you could chat with, that where welcoming and happy to have you as a guest.
If you are looking for a memorable experience in this part of the world- stress free, with phenomenal service and attention to detail, you absolutely MUST reach out to this agent. I PROMISE you will thank us for the recommendation.
