They found two places for us, one was the resort in Yasawa Island and the other was in Fiji. There were two adults and one child under two. The resort in Yasawa Island was amazing, a beautiful resort that was very fun for our kiddo and had tons of fun stuff to do. It was a little rough around the edges, being the only commercial place around the island. The experiences were amazing and I would go back in a heartbeat.
The resort in Fiji was very mediocre. It was a beautiful hotel, but it was weirdly expensive for every little thing and experience, which felt like you were being exploited because it was so far from everything. Additionally, I didn't think our travel agent gave us a good heads-up about this.
For our travel company, I felt we were sort of left to fend for ourselves when we got there. We were given a number to a local company who when we called told us they didn't have our contact. When we wrote our agent, we did get an answer but it was minimal and were diverted to the local partner. I have used Zicasso on two other occasions and never had to deal with this. It was not a good experience.
I also told them that we were interested in snorkeling, which we didn't get that much of. In fact, to do so in or near the resort in Fiji we had to pay very significant fees.

Our honeymoon to Fiji was absolutely incredible and this was very much due in part to this travel agency. The itinerary our travel coordinator (no longer working there) planned was second-to-none. From the start, he was responsive, attentive and really catered to exactly what we were looking for in our trip. We had open discussions about what we wanted to do and how we wanted to go about it and our travel agency was tireless in answering questions, reviewing all options and putting together the perfect trip.
Everything was conveniently available on their site, all logistics were planned out perfectly and we did not receive one hiccup the entire time. I could not believe the level of detail that went into planning the trip and it truly was spectacular. There was not one oversight and that was a welcome sight. Further, whenever I had questions, they were always there to help, right up until the day before we left.
Thanks to our travel agency, it allowed us to have the most wonderful trip. Fiji is a surreal location that we would absolutely return to someday. I enjoy planning trips and do most of the travel planning for my wife and I, but the travel agency helped make this trip so memorable because they planned an exquisite vacation in an exotic location that I know I could not have planned if I had done it myself. If we plan further trips to the South Pacific, I certainly would return to using this company. Bravo and highly recommend!

As we brainstormed Australia trip, our goal was to scuba dive on great barrier reef. The tour planner did a great job of pointing out the pluses and minuses of live aboard 4 day option, highlighting jelly fish issue at Hamilton Island during December, long boat rides from Port Douglas, and ultimately guiding us to consider Fiji as a beautiful scuba option that was easy to access from land. He recommended VOMO island which turned out fantastic....easy to access from Nadi Intl airport, felt completely remote, excellent food and variety, beautiful accommodations, scuba diving 10 min off shore, hiking, snorkeling and fitness club to enjoy as well and literally no one on the beach in either direction. I would never have found this place without the tour planner and it was perfect for our entire family. I'd make the choice to go to VOMO island over Hawaii....definitely worth the extra flight time. The tour planner also chose the ranger penguin tour rather than the standard tour at Phillips Island near Melbourne which was a definite plus and gave us small viewing area of 30 people compared to the 4000 in the general viewing area. Apartments in Melbourne also had all the amenities we were looking for and in good location

Everything on the trip went smoothly and according to plan. Shelly at this Fiji travel agency worked with us to find just the right resorts for our desires and then tirelessly to find dates where both locations were available back-to-back AND offering special discounts so we could afford the trip. This was just as cyclone Tomas was bearing down on the exact locations we wanted to stay. She was consistently timely in her responses and her suggestions were all right on.
