Our travel consultants met us at the hotel when we first arrived in Athens and provided a brief orientation to the neighborhood near the hotel. We then stopped at a café where the two of them answered questions I believe it put everyone at ease and set us up for a great vacation.
We enjoyed all the hotels selected, although the hotel on Paros stands out as the best in our opinion.
We also really enjoyed the personal tours on Naxos, Santorini, and Crete. They were all outstanding. I felt the tour of Naxos provided and excellent look at the Greek countryside in addition to the sites visited. I enjoyed several of the small things, like the stop for coffee, and just sitting with the family at the Pottery Work Shop.
We all enjoyed the tour on Santorini. It provided another chance to see the Greek countryside in addition to the winery and our outstanding adventure at the restaurant.
We all enjoyed the all-day tour our guide provided. Her personal knowledge of the Minoan palace of Knossos and the related articles in the museum tied everything together very well. I also appreciated her ability to provide enough information without overloading us with too much detail. She selected an excellent restaurant for lunch and enjoyed the time to just sit and chat. After lunch, I was not looking forward to the Greek Music Lab but found the presentation very interesting and the hands-on time just a lot of fun.
Our travel consultant promptly responded to our many questions and issues along the way. The help was appreciated.

I highly recommend Zicasso and my travel agent. She was very knowledgeable about Greece. She was very patient and helpful at every turn along the way. I booked my trip for May, but in February, Santorini had a number of earthquakes and I thought I would not be able to go, but my agent kept me up to date and informed, and was very truthful about everything that was going on. This kept me at ease and I was able to enjoy my time in Santorini, as I did in Athens and Crete.

We just returned from 14 wonderful days in Greece! We went to Crete, Santorini, Naxos, and Athens. Our Zicasso tour operator and his team couldn't have been more wonderful. We had never used a travel agent to help plan a trip, but I was overwhelmed with planning a trip to Greece and thought I'd solicit help. From our first contact, our agent was fantastic! He helped put together the perfect itinerary to create a memorable trip as we were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday and I was putting together this trip as a surprise. Not to mention, I first reached out to Zicasso in April and wanted to leave in June, so we had two months to plan the trip!!
Our agent asked great questions to get to know what we like to do and what we might enjoy, and suggested perfectly paired excursions and tours that matched us just perfectly! He was responsive and accommodating with every question, change, and detail. I was still nervous about how it would all work out, but from the first flight delay leaving the US, our agent proved his worth by seamlessly handling travel arrangements that needed to be updated due to the delay.
Also, his communication via WhatsApp with daily reminders of what the next day's itinerary was and when to be where was great. It was so nice to never have to worry about how to get from point A to point B. The cars were always there waiting for us!
Our accommodations were exactly what I asked for, boutique hotels with charm and beauty! Each and every one was different and unique, but fantastic. I wouldn't have changed any of them.
I was so hesitant about finding a travel agent "on the internet". I can't speak for any other agency, but I would give our agent and his team 10 stars if I could and I've already referred him to several friends and family who have said Greece is a bucket-list trip for them. We can 100% say we'll be returning to Greece and when we do, our first call will be to our agent!
