Travel Review: Italy Vacation, Parma, Cinque Terre, Florence, Portofino, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Private Boat Tour, Hiking

Our trip was amazing and better than we could ever have dreamed or planned for ourselves.  We had never heard of or used Zicasso  or this travel company before but had visited Italy before and done all of the tourist-y things and this time we wanted to visit and see the non-traditional sites.  Zicasso matched us with one agency--this agency-- and our travel consultant prepared an amazing 10-day itinerary to Parma, the Italian Riviera, including Cinque Terre, and finally Florence.  We had first-class drivers to and from the airport and our various day trips. We never had to wait--they were always early and ready and waiting for us.  All three hotels were luxury accommodations and service.  Our guides were excellent and so knowledgable in Parma and Florence--they made our visits even more memorable.  Each day trip we kept telling ourselves was our favorite, but by the end of the trip we couldn't choose just one--they were all amazing and we would do each and every one again!

Travel Review: Italy Tour, Florence, Santa Margherita, Cooking Class, Bike Tour, Boat Tour, 11-Day Trip

Our trip to Italy was the realization of a lifelong dream for my wife.  We debated planning it ourselves, but decided to give Zicasso a try. They referred us to this travel company.  Our trip planner was amazing!  She helped us design a trip that met all of our objectives.  She set us up with some excursions, i.e. personal tour guide for Florence, cooking class, bike tour and a boat tour.  All were excellent!  The accommodations were top notch, also. I would recommend our trip planner and her company to anyone planning on visiting Italy!  We chose her over another company because she lives in Italy.  In fact, we were able to meet her during our trip. The trip was fabulous and if our travels ever take us back to Italy, she will be our first call!

Great Experience.  All of our questions were dealt with promptly and mid trip adjustments were made without issues.  The trip planner also took the time to listen to what we were truly interested in doing and was great at accommodating.

Travel Review: Italy Vacation, Milan, Tuscany, Cinque Terre, Umbria, Bologna, Verona, Lake Como, Manarola

The month of April in Italy to celebrate my recent retirement was the plan. We had visited the major cities of Italy a couple years back so we were looking for something a bit different this time. Fortunately, we found Zicasso during an internet search and our plan soon began to take shape. Through a series of email exchanges and a few phone calls our Zicasso travel representative, they helped us put together a most marvelous itinerary that had us staying in some of the most beautiful accommodations throughout our stay.
