Today, you will make your way by private transfer to the town of Alghero, which is situated on the island’s  northwestern side. Italy Trip Review: Rome, Sorrento, Food and Wine Tour, Private Boat Trip, 10 Nights

Our Zicasso travel agent listened to what I wanted for this trip and made it happen! Other agents said it was far too aggressive and wouldn't be enjoyable. All of our accommodations were exceptional and transportation was spot on. Our trip was amazing; the trip of a lifetime! It really was a dream come true.

Luxury Family Group Vacation Review, Italy, Florence, Assisi, Rome, Sorrento, Pizza & Pasta Making, Wine & Food Pairing Dinner

We were alway in contact with our travel planners.  When problems arose they were answered quickly and to our satisfaction.   When you book for a trip for 11 family members, problems sometimes will arise.  How these problems are handled, are what makes a successful trip.  Loved the app that we all downloaded that gave all the info we needed.  Private drivers were, for the most part, very professional.  We felt that the drivers and two of the guides were in it for the tips and kickbacks from taking us to specific restaurants or stores only in the Sorrento/Capri areas.  The drivers got us around safely and were very personable. We just felt that there was just something that just didn’t seem right.  Our drivers from Rome to Tuscany, we cannot say enough good things about!  They were not only personable, but greatly informed of the areas we were driving through and terrific drivers.  They were what you would expect from a private service.  They were always ready to provide options for food and sightseeing without steering us to a predetermined store or eatery.  Loved them!   All hotels were top notch and we would stay there again!  All restaurants that this travel team set up for us were very good and a couple over the top!   Only sub par meal was a lunch we had on the Amalfi coast that our drivers took us to.  All other tour guides (in Ischia, in Rome, in Assisi, and in Florence). We’re excellent and extremely well versed.  We enjoyed them all.

Well organized - great trip. Very well put together. The owner of the travel company was always available and we had an easy, good exchange of ideas. She also kept in touch with us daily, but there were no glitches as everything went very smoothly.Trip itinerary was easy to read and was available to download on our IPhones. We had private drivers throughout  the trip who were knowledgeable and most spoke English fluently..

Italy 10-Day Trip Review, Activities & Relaxation

I'm so glad we discovered this travel team to help us plan our trip! They listened to exactly what we were interested in, suggested similar experiences, and helped us make crucial decisions to assure we stayed on budget. The recommended and booked hotels as well as restaurants. But the highlight of working with this team was definitely the personalized tours. They always had a partner who could take us on a tour that focused on exactly what we were interested in! And the level of detail on the itinerary helped us feel comfortable traveling "on our own". This was the perfect way to visit Italy!
