We had a fantastic trip that exceeded our expectations. We had an excellent trip planned with Marilisa and she was open to our ideas and to our requested changes and implemented them quickly and got back to us with the confirmation that it was done. The travel arrangements at the airports and daily for tours and excursions were always on time and with great drivers who were helpful and had fun conversations about where we were going and in-depth history. Their skills in driving the vans along the Amalfi coast was amazing and we were all so glad that we were in the hands of expert drivers on these extremely tight and curvy congested roads. Each tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about the area we went to. More commentary on the tour guides below. The hotels that were provided were great for the two groups. Each one had a good reason why they chose them. In Naples it was right in the center of the old town beaming with life and restaurants. The hotel had a fantastic breakfast room and a great bar service in the afternoon. The rooms were ok, nothing special. The hotel in Vietri sul Mare was a gem. Great location, great views of the ocean, friendly and helpful staff and had some great restaurants nearby. The hotel in Palermo was also right in the middle of the city center with great restaurants in walking distance, but the rooms were just ok, and the breakfast area was very tight to move around. The Resort in Taormina was fantastic also. Same owner as the hotel in Vietri sul Mare. Great location on the beach, easy to get to downtown Taormina. A great bar cafe on the beach and the breakfast area was overlooking the beach. A great place to spend our two free days at the end of the trip. The hotel in Naples was also beautiful for our last night, but we didn't get to use it much as it was the last night before flying home. Our only real disappointment was the first transportation of the trip from Naples airport to the hotel. The driver seemed to be in a hurry when getting us to the hotel. He didn't know the area very well and said he couldn't get any closer to the hotel due to the small roads. He pointed up the road and said it should be up there. We all had two bags to drag around while searching for the hotel. Luckily, we had our phones to use. He wasn't even on the right street, and we had to walk around to find it. The next morning our driver was right outside the hotel, so there was no problem with the road.

We (family of 4 including two teenagers) had a wonderful trip to southern Italy the last two weeks of June: Sorrento, Naples, Matera, Polignano a Mare (Puglia region). With Sorrento as our base we saw Positano/Amalfi Coast, Capri and Pompeii. In Puglia we visited Ostuni, Alberobello and Lecce, went to a wine tasting (with great wine!), and visited two masserias: one for an olive oil tasting, and another with a pasta-making class. Our travel agent at at this company helped us to plan a great itinerary. She was very flexible and helped us keep within our budget, and the logistics she put together were flawless. I also felt she truly listened to what we wanted - even her first draft itinerary was very close to the mark. Highly recommended.

From the beginning stages of planning our trip to Italy with this travel agency (and specifically our travel planner) we knew we were going enjoy this trip of a lifetime. All we needed to do was provide our budget and "wish list" and he worked his considerable magic from there! We ultimately visited Venice, Tuscany, Sorrento and Naples, enjoying everything from a haunted city tour of Venice at night, a private cooking class in Sorrento, exploring several cities in Tuscany via the use of our rental car, visiting Pompeii and attending several other small walking/boat tours in each of the locations. Our lodging included a present day working vineyard which was converted from a 17th century monastery and hotels stays in which we felt as if we had stepped out of our lives and into those of the "rich and famous"; absolute opulence! And, as if that wasn't enough, the tour guides, hotel staff, private driver; they all deserve to be recognized for their individual love and knowledge of their city, warmth, good nature and professionalism. So much so that when the weather turned cold on our return from the island of Capri, the boat captain handed out his personal jackets and blankets to all on board! Every site we visited and tour we attended was so very well planned and so very worth the time. We were made to feel as if our agent planned our trip more as if he were doing so for family than clients. ..I can't imagine a better experience!

We enjoyed our trip to southern Italy. The hotels in Naples, Capri, Sorrento, Vieste, Polignano, Monopoli, Lecce, and Matera were in great locations, all near or in the historic sites.
We were able to maximize our time in each location and all hotel staff were very helpful. We especially enjoyed our hotel in Matera. However, our tour guide there did not give us the in-depth tour we were expecting.
The drivers assigned to us were very helpful and knowledgeable about the areas we were in. Our driver will be remembered fondly!
Our only concern is that we ordered wine from a Medici winery and haven't been able to contact them.

This Italy travel agent helped us to plan an amazing trip! When we told him where we had visited in Italy he arranged a trip that would take us to new and exciting places while touching on our desire to enhance previous experiences. He modified the number of days in each location according to our wishes and added ideas we had not thought about in our conversations with him! We spent three days at Lake Como in a beautiful hotel in Bellagio. We loved exploring the towns, the villas and the amazing restaurants. We left reluctantly (even though the fall weather wasn't perfect!) and traveled to Milan. We enjoyed visiting La Scala and seeing The Last Supper. We left Milan via train set up by our travel agency and traveled to Florence where we revisited sights we'd seen in the past and visited new ones. (Once again, our hotel was great!) The days there were enhanced by a wonderful trip to small villages and a winery with a great guide and by an amazing cooking class in the countryside! Upon leaving Florence we traveled by train to Naples and were transported to our hotel outside Sorrento - a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location that looked out on the Isle of Capri. We enjoyed a day trip to the villages of the Amalfi coast with our knowledgeable driver who made accommodations according to changing weather and even made a reservation for us at a waterfront restaurant. We had a great trip to Capri on a private tour by speed boat, as well. We worked with this agency because we wanted to make this trip stress-free. We can report without hesitation that every driver met us exactly at the assigned time, helped us with luggage, was friendly and informative and very professional. The hotels were of top quality. Most importantly, the day trips that our agent set up were amazing! Every one of them gave us an experience we could NOT have planned by ourselves. Our trip was worry-free and exciting! Thank you!
