Our safari travel planner was fantastic! She provided lots of different options, told us the pros and cons of each, and enabled us to make a well informed decision to plan our trip.
As a result, we had an incredible trip. Our stay at the Saruni Samburu lodge was picturesque, romantic, and exactly as our travel planner had described. The Olare Mara Kempinski resort was in the middle of wildlife - with hippos, monkeys, and lions right outside in the evening - and the Mara overall was wetter than Samburu and had a lot more wildlife, which is why our travel planner recommended it and we were grateful for the selection.
All the travel transfers were also pre-arranged and worked perfectly to get us from place to place.
Overall, our trip to Kenya and Tanzania was the trip of a lifetime, and we're very appreciative of the package that our safari travel planner put together. Thanks!

From the initial email contact and telephone conversation with the Zicasso travel agent, we could sense we were in good hands. He was very responsive to our ideas about a trip to Africa and his vast knowledge of the continent was immediately evident. Based on the information provided he quickly turned around a proposed itinerary for a trip to Kenya. Ultimately, we decided on safaris in Amboseli, Lewa, and Maasai Mara. Each location was beautiful in its own unique way. The accommodations were more than comfortable and the food was excellent. The Kenyan people were beyond friendly and the wildlife viewing was amazing.
In addition, we got some sense of the local cultures and were very pleased to learn that a portion of the revenue generated by our stays in each location went to the local conservation efforts.
The logistics of the trip were seamless, starting with our arrival in Nairobi very late on a Monday night, through to our return to the Nairobi airport on the evening of our departure.
The team at the travel agency handled all of the details and enabled our family to truly experience the trip of a lifetime. We would recommend this travel agency without reservation.

Our Africa safari travel agency did a great job for us arranging our first trip to Kenya. The pace and logistics were perfect for us. We saw thousands of animals, including the big five (even three of the elusive leopard), thousands of wildebeests, a couple of crossings. We spent time alone with the Maasai in one of their villages. We made many new friends. Another plus was the fact that each camp became progressively nicer, though all had their advantages. We were sad to leave the last camp in Naboisho and our guide.
We have many cherished memories and experiences thanks to our travel agent.

We had an amazing trip, every detail was arranged for us. The camps chosen took good care of us, we felt safe and welcomed. The best camp was in the Maasai Mara. The staff there were particularly welcoming and friendly, from the moment we were picked up from our flight we knew we were in good hands. The tents were all excellent, food at the Masai Mara and Oll Pejeta were stand outs. Our experience with the Elephant Camp was not so good. The people were not as welcoming and the food was often cold (breakfast). The staff didn’t seem as happy as the other two camps.
