We had a wonderful three-week trip to Paris, Burgundy, Lyon, Provence, and Saint Paul de Vence in October. We received great planning ideas and follow-through from Zicasso’s travel agency. Our travel specialist made sure everything was planned properly, and documentation and the provided app provided assurance to us that all was taken care of. Our guides throughout were excellent and matched to our areas of interest.

Our trip to the south of France, beautifully curated by Zicasso’s travel company, was truly exceptional. Traveling with my wife and another couple, we experienced the perfect blend of culture, scenery, and relaxation—from the glamour of Nice and Monte Carlo to the rustic charm and vineyards of Provence. Every detail was flawlessly organized: elegant accommodations, knowledgeable private guides, seamless transfers, and thoughtfully designed experiences like the market tour and cooking class in Aix-en-Provence. The itinerary struck an ideal balance between guided exploration and unhurried leisure, allowing us to savor each moment.
The travel company demonstrated deep local expertise and impeccable taste, making this one of the most memorable and effortlessly enjoyable trips we’ve ever taken.

My daughter and I overall had a fantastic trip. It was arranged on very short notice, and I really appreciated the travel agent working with us with such short notice. The hotels we stayed in were excellent. Originally, we had requested 2 beds, but both places we got 1, and we were able to make it work. We were able to get to all the sights we were hoping to see, and had excellent tour guides for both private and small group tours. I would have liked to have more information for what to expect on some of those tours, for example, our trip to the lavender fields/Valensole included a stop at a lake with the option to swim. We had no idea, so did not bring swimsuits. Our trip to Cassis was listed as a 5 hour tour, but was scheduled in a way that it was basically the drive to Cassis, the boat ride through 3 of the Calanques, and a very short time to sit on the beach before driving back. We did not have time to eat lunch before the trip back, and the timing of the drive back meant that restaurants were also closed back in Aix when we returned. Finally, we would have liked some input- we had read about the Camargue area, but didn't expect it to be basically people's ranches. That was a disappointing day. Still all in all an amazing trip.

Our trip to Provence was fabulous. The three cities, Lyon, Avignon, and Aix-en-Provence, gave us a real sense of the region. The food, wine, and tours were all magnificent. The hotels were lovely and centrally located.
The five days in Avignon gave us a sense of the city and history. All the guides were excellent and well informed. Our entire trip was well organized and the travel app which outlined our trip was “perfect." We were especially thankful for the drivers who were always on time.
We highly recommend our Zicasso travel expert and our travel company. We have never been disappointed with Zicasso.

I had been hesitant to book a trip to France because of the difficulty of language. I had the opportunity to visit friends in Nantes and Bordeaux, but wanted to take a tour of Paris first. I needed help with transportation to and from the airport, to our hotel, and to and from the Paris train stations. I also wanted to take tours to a few iconic landmarks. The Zicasso company helped with all these requests and also gave us a driver and guides to some of the landmarks. With all this support from Zicasso, we had a seamless itinerary and a most wonderful and magical time in Paris.
