India Luxury Vacation Review, Jaipur & Udaipur, Monkey Temple, Jantar Mantar, Lakes, Palaces, Markets & Cuisine
Thank you and everyone at this travel company for our tour of Jaipur and Udaipur.  You have renewed my faith in travel in India.  The hotels were fabulous!  The hotel in Jaipur was so relaxing and had everything we needed.  What stunning sunrise and sunset views and architecture!  I healed all my bug bites from staying with family!  The food was a nice variety of Indian dishes and European fare.  We loved the free puppet show each evening.  Our tour guide, was flexible, informed and moved at our pace.  We so enjoyed his walking us through the markets and guiding us as we tasted local street food.  Our driver was great - always on time, smooth and knowledgeable.  Jaipur was beautiful and so clean compared to other cities.  Amber Palace was lovely.  We enjoyed the temple with all the monkeys and the rooftop restaurant in Jaipur.  Our day at the city palace and Jantar Mantir was fascinating.  Our guide helped us find a couple items we were looking for.  The sales techniques are offensive but we are happy with our purchases.  In Udaipur we stayed in a modern palace.  The hotel is pretty far from the city and everything else but stunningly beautiful.  I would not put people in this hotel who are over 60 as the stairs are daunting.  The views are amazing and there are hiking trails around the area.  The rooms are palatial.  We found the food to be less than at its best (a bit stale and fruit and yoghurt past their prime).  Dining outside with spectacular views helped.  We missed the temple on our first day due to flight delay but our guide, created an addition of two local temples which were quite fascinating.  The boat ride was gorgeous, the city palace, local Vishnu temple and evening cultural performance were lovely.  We had asked to not be taken to any sales sites unless requested and we were taken to an Art School which was somewhat interesting but we would rather not have gone.  The lakeside restaurant was great with wonderful food.  Again our highlight was walking through the local markets and neighborhoods. Our driver was great.  I felt he always had an eye out for our welfare. These two cities were much more comfortable to our family from the Pacific NW.  We needed lessons on how to use the TVs in the hotels.  The large touring buses kept us up above the traffic with easy access for photos.  There was lots of room for each of us, our stuff and the guides. We faced another flight delay leaving Udaipur but that's not your fault.  All in all, Zicasso again has made this trip spectacular.  We feel supported and yet free.  Thank you!All of the people at this travel company were great communicators and great resources. We'll be back!Thank you all!Mary and C. S.

Travel Review: Luxury India Vacation, Jaisalmer, Desert

Me and my wife had an excellent trip thru this travel company. We travel frequently and the service we

received from them was the best we have even had. Everything was arranged well and the

small touches like having a wifi hub in the car and their staff meeting us at each stop and

airport was nice too.

The hotels chosen were good and the guides were all local guides whi gave us insider tips

about each city and each place we visited.

Will definitely use them again.

Review: Luxury India Tour, Golden Triangle, Ranthambore National Park, Gir Forest, Taj Mahal, Tiger & Wildlife Safari

Excellent service. Everything was organised as requested with no delays or problems. All sightseeing and guides expertly arranged and very knowledgeable. Game parks were both perfectly arranged with very good drivers and wildlife guides - seeing tigers/lions and a leopard in the wild certainly helps

India Travel Review: Thekkady, Kolukkumalai, Kumarakom, Kochin, Kerala

Our travel agency did a wonderful job being responsive to our needs. What made our trip exceptional was our driver. Any request we had, he made it a priority to make it happen. After many travel experiences, we realize that a driver can make a good vacation a great one. Our highlights included a South Indian cuisine cooking class with a family in their home in Thekkady, our stay at the Spice Tree Hotel -staff were so welcoming and the food fresh and delicious. Our 2 hour bumpy ride in a jeep to Kolukkumalai, the highest tea growing estate in the world in the Western Ghatts was well worth the journey. The Backwater in Kumarakom was educational in terms of agriculture and fishing. It is a tourist attraction; however, getting off the boat for a walk along the jetty is a chance to truly experience the unique culture. The children were eager to talk with us using the English they have learned in school. One the way back to Cochin we had a traditional lunch in a private home where we were taught how to eat an Indian vegetarian meal with our hands arranged on a banana leaf - very delicious! We were fortunate to be in Kerala during Onam, the Harvest Celebration. Kerala is truly "God's Own Country".

Travel Review: Tour if India & Sri Lanka, Jaipur, Agra, Varanasi, Taj Mahal, Cooking Class, Wildlife

My husband and I used this travel agency to book a two week trip to India and a ten day trip to Sri Lanka. Our agent and the travel company were very easy to work with and helped me craft the perfect trip for our likings. We stayed in wonderful hotels, all very clean with nice amenities. The guides were excellent, timely, friendly and knowledgeable. The drivers were equally friendly and always on time. Driving in Asia is crazy and we always felt safe with our drivers and vehicles. The travel company kept in touch throughout the trip to make sure we didn't have any difficulties along the way. We had several in country flights and the luggage allowance is limited. We had an extra bag which the travel company arranged to store for us. This was immensely helpful! We would definitely use this agency again for future Indian travels.

India, Nepal, Sri Lanka & Maldives Luxury Tour Review: Himalaya Trekking, Wildlife, Yoga, Temples, Snorkeling, Culture & Food
Our trip planner and this travel team provided my wife and I with one of the most exotic and enjoyable travel experiences of our life. India, Nepal and the Maldives was simply fantastic. Our planner, avoided for us two situations that could have made things really interesting. First, he made sure we had no airline tix on a local airways which went bankrupt just before we arrived and was able to cancel and arrange an alternative travel experience after the terrorist attack in Sri Lanka. We still wanted to go to Sri Lanka, but US gov't made it impossible to achieve. At every turn in our 53 day journey, our trip planner and his staff was there to make sure all accommodations, guides, drivers and events went as smoothly as could be possible. Nothing but the highest regards for this agency and its people.
