Luxury Morocco Travel Review: Marrakech, Chefchaouen, Rabat, Casablanca, Fez, Ouarzazate, Dadès Gorge, Atlas Mountains, Meknes
Marrakech - High Atlas Mountains - Aït Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Valley of 1000 Kasbahs - Rose Valley - Dadès Gorges - Merzouga/ Erg Chebbi (Sahara) - Erfoud - Midelt - Mid Atlas Mountains - Fez - Meknes - Volubilis - Rif Mountains - Chefchaouen - Rabat - Casablanca - MarrakechOn our way home from 12 gorgeous and full days of introduction to a new world, totally unknown to us. What a surprise…. At every corner. A country that amazed us in so many ways with its orgy of colors, smells and tastes. A country that we were lucky to get to know and love with our amazing guide of our travel company, who taught us so much, while tirelessly driving hundreds of kilometers almost every day through ever changing landscapes. We got a glimpse of Morocco through its valleys, mountains, deserts, ancient Medinas, big cities and small Amazirgh (Berber) villages by foot, camels and car but also by our guide’s stories, answers to million questions, by meeting other guides and mostly smiley, welcoming people you meet everywhere. A country that fascinated us not only by its landscapes but by its culture, history, contradictions and disparities; by the beauty in peoples eyes and smiles. We are grateful for this truly enriching experience.

The Best of Morocco

I have travelled all over the world and I have to say that this is one of the best trip I’ve ever had.

Ziccaso! Yes you surprise me every time I choose new place to explore by linking me to best companies that can accommodate everything I want to experience!! Thank you for choosing this travel company, which is the best of the best.

I have decided to go to Morocco last minute and Mr. Hassan has accommodated my requests in a short time with a very impressive trip in all means!

He contacted me and asked me about everything I am looking for in this trip and made it just right to what I like.

The trip was arranged in a very short time and despite that he was very helpful, honest and true with everything he suggested and arranged.

To be honest the trip was way beyond my expectations.

Morocco is a very beautiful country, the people are so kind and welcoming always with a smile. It is very colorful and the food is really delicious and cooked with love everywhere. The weather was just right in March everywhere. Hotels and transportations were exceptional in all means.

I started my tour with my tour guide who was carefully chosen by Mr Hassan to take care of me. I have to say that he made the trip perfect with his honesty, caring, calming attitude, patience, and kindness. Since he picked me up from the airport to the last day he dropped off without any trouble or complaint. I felt like a princess and didn’t worry about anything during my trip. He took care of everything including checking in, baggage handling, transportation, taking everywhere and some walking and guiding tours, literally everything! I was really lucky.

Mr. Hassan was checking on me with directly during the trip and making sure the his brilliant arrangements were going well with me. I can’t thank him enough for arranging this incredible unforgettable tour.

My tour was fast lane tour, you can choose that if you like to sleep in a new place every night. I don’t mind that so that I can see and experience more things in a short time and got to visit many places too. The lovely thing about this tour it was by driving which I got to pass through many cities and villages and explore the rich culture and meet new people.

Morocco is old, vintage and charming. It has a lovely vibe. Casablanca is beautiful and coastal in which I started my journey, then I visited Rabat which is the capital ( very net and nice ). After that we went to Meknes and Fes ( my favorite old city). Then we went to Sahara OMG it was so charming. After that I have to say I saw all types of mountains in this country and the journey was very comfortable and relaxing. I went then to Marrakech which is very alive city and to Essaouira for a day tour and was lovely.

At the last day I was really sad to leave .. I felt that I left a part of my heart in this country. I can’t wait to visit Morocco again and see the few remaining places that I haven’t been to.

I would like to share some pictures and I actually created albums in my instagrams to show people the hidden gems of this wonderful country.

Thank you again Mr Hassan and to my guide for making my dream trip unforgettable.

Vacation Review: Morocco Luxury Trip, Casablanca, Fes, Agafay Desert Camping, Ouzoud Falls, Mosaics, Lakes and the People
My wife and I recently returned from our 8-day trip to Morocco, all organized by our travel planner with this tour company. We found the tour company through a Zicasso recommendation, and from emailing back and forth with a few different companies, the choice was clear that we should go with our planner. He was great at responding quickly and took note of all our preferences to ensure that we had a great trip - and we did! Also, the price that he quoted was competitive and definitely fair for all that we experienced. -Our planner organized every detail of our trip, from our experiences and local tours to our accommodations. He organized a tour our tour that started in Casablanca, then we made our way to Fes (via Meknes and Rabat) and on to Marrakech (with a one-day stop in Bin El Ouidane), ending with a night in an Agafay Desert camp. We could see the planner's personal touch in every day of the tour. For instance, my wife was greeted by beautiful welcome flowers in Casablanca and Fes - a very nice touch that she appreciated!-For our accommodations, we were promised to be treated with luxury, and what we received surpassed our expectations. In Casablanca, we stayed at the centrally-located hotel, then in Fes at a hotel with its beautiful mosaics and courtyards. After our stay in Fes, we were greeted to my favorite hotel of all where we were welcomed by some of the nicest people we have ever encountered while traveling. The resort is set one of the most beautiful lakes and, best of all, we literally had the entire lake to ourselves. We rented some time on jet skis, and we were the only ones out on the water - talk about luxury! The resort staff left us feeling like movie stars. -At our travel planner's suggestion, we stayed at a riad hotel in Marrakesh, which was my wife's favorite accommodation. The atmosphere was made of luxury and relaxation. During our second day in the city, my wife was treated to a traditional hammam spa session, and we both took a cooking class with the hotel, which was entertaining and informational. For our last night, we rode camels to a luxury desert camp, where we experienced a calm night in the Agafay Desert. We would highly recommend staying at any of our accommodations and that you take the planner's suggestions to heart, as he definitely knows what he is doing. -In each city that we visited, we had a local guide to take us on an informational city tour. We even had one guide who took us on a hiking tour around Ouzoud Falls, which was a lot of fun. Overall, our absolute favorite thing about our visit to Morocco was our main guide/driver. We have visited over 30 countries on all seven continents, and our guide/driver is the best guide we have ever had. He did everything to make sure we were having a great time. We always felt welcome with our driver, and he also told the best stories that we will always remember. Within the next few years, we would love to return to Morocco and have our guide again. If you ever have the chance to visit Morocco, we highly recommend that you go with this tour company and request our driver as your guide. You will have a wonderful time! Thank you to the travel team for such an outstanding trip!

Morocco Luxury Travel Review: Marrakech, Rabat, Fes, Meknes, Moulay Driss, Erfoud, Sahara Desert, Camel Ride, Glamping

We highly recommend this very professional and detail-oriented travel company. Jaouad helped us plan a 10-day trip of a lifetime to Morocco, seven days spent with our driver and guide and two and a half days with Jaouad himself.

Our guide picked us up at the airport in Casablanca where we spent a few hours visiting the Hassan II mosque and the local synagogue. We then drove to Rabat, which we toured for the afternoon and spent the night. On day two, we drove to Fes, stopping at Meknes and Moulay Driss along the way. We did a fun ceramic class in Fes and spent the next day touring this amazing city, including the tannery, the Mellah, the royal palace, and wandered through the souks.

The next day, we drove to Erfoud and then went into the Sahara Desert, where we did a super fun ATV ride and a sunset camel ride, and “glamped” in the desert. The following day, we visited a local market in Rissani and the gorgeous Todra Gorges with an overnight stay in Skoura.

Our last stop was three nights in the magical and very busy city of Marrakech, which included visiting the labyrinth of markets and doing a fun cooking class in the Atlas Mountains. Both our guide and Jaouad were phenomenal! They were fluent in English, very knowledgeable, super nice, and very interesting. We felt like we were continually getting the inside scoop on all things Morocco, ranging from the history of this beautiful country to its culture, to the politics and more.

Jaouad also chose beautiful hotels, most of which were riads, which gave us five-star accommodations in the authentic Moroccan style. I cannot say enough amazing things about our trip, which was perfect from start to finish!

Morocco Tour Review: Casablanca, Farrakech, Meknes, Volubilis, Fes, Atlas Mountains Hiking, Cooking Class

Our trip to Morocco was fabulous. Our travel agency did a great job.

Our guide and driver took wonderful care of us. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us just the right amount of information, without overwhelming us. We learned so much about Morocco and Islam. Our tour included Casablanca, Fes, Meknes, Volubilis, and Marrakech. We took a cooking class, went camel riding and took a two hour walking/mule trip in the high Atlas mountains. Our travel agent arranged for local guides and, again, they were great. We were a group of four people in their 70's, so safety was a major concern. Our guide in the Atlas mountain, held hands with the women when they were walking to help them safely traverse the very rocky trails. At the top, he invited us into his home for tea and to meet his wife and daughter. A truly genuine experience. All of the accommodations were good, with Kasbah Turmodot in the Atlas Mountains standing out as the gem. We recommend staying in the Medina in Fes and Marrakech, as we did, to get the real Morocco experience. We loved it.

For the entire trip, we rode in a nice Mercedes SUV, that was comfortable.  It had wifi and appropriate rest stops were made.  Again, our guide was very accommodating.  Our guide and driver always arrived a few minutes before they were expected, again giving us a sense of confidence.

The only downside was our visit to Rick's Cafe in Casablanca. We were warned by our driver that it was a tourist trap, but decided to eat there anyway. The ambiance was nice, the food (steaks) was very bad, and the service was rushed. So, this was our fault. Avoid Rick's Cafe. All in all, our travel agency did a great job with our trip. We would eagerly work with them again. Thanks to our guides for a great trip.

Morocco Travel Review: 9-Night Tour Marrakesh, Essaouira
We had limited time so we stayed in the southern area around Marrakech and Essaouira. Hassan and Hamid took great care to match what we were interested in and provided an amazing experience. The hiking was outstanding, especially through the Dades Gorges. Since they were from the areas of interest we got to experience so much more than the travel guide books write about. We plan to do the northern area another time and we will definitely be booking with our travel specialist again!
