New Zealand Travel Review: Rotorua, Christchurch, Queenstown, Franz Josef, Maori Experience, 2-Week Trip

Zicasso’s travel agent did an excellent job planning this trip. We loved New Zealand.

If we were to do it over, we would probably reduce the hours on buses and vans by perhaps flying, for example, from Christchurch to Queenstown.

We loved our Māori cultural evening and the Redwoods evening light show in Rotorua.

We wondered why we were collected at 8am and driven to the airport in Rotorua, where we ended up spending over six hours at the airport, leaving little time to spend in Christchurch that day. It did not make any sense to us.

We loved Queenstown and the accommodation at our hotel in Queenstown. Queenstown was the highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, and beyond anyone's control, our kayaking trip was cut short due to windy weather and we were unable to do the glacier heli-hike in Franz Josef, also due to weather conditions, leaving us with a lot of time in a much less desirable town and our worst accommodation for nearly two days.

The rail adventure was superb.

The organization was perfect! I especially liked all the excursions and the special chauffeurs who picked us up at the airports.

New Zealand Trip Review: 18 Nights

The travel company was excellent as was the agent, until we committed and paid. We were unhappy from then on and not what we have previously experienced from Zicasso agents. Very unresponsive, took weeks for some answers, lack for attention to detail eg forgot to book private transfer in Christchurch despite having months to do it. Still awaiting small refund for 2 months, money is not important service is.

New Zealand Family Tour Review: Tree House, Hobbiton, Night Kayaking, Maori Experience, 2 Weeks

Zicasso's travel agent and his team helped us craft a wonderful family trip of a lifetime! The lodging, myriad activities, variety of locations, cultural education, road-trip planning, and extra suggestions were all very much appreciated and enjoyed. The landscape of New Zealand is gorgeous and the people are so warm, easygoing, and welcoming. We left with a heartfelt plan to return someday in the not-too-distant future. Thank you!!

New Zealand Vacation Review: Nelson, Mount Cook, Queenstown, 20-Day Trip

From planning to execution, Zicasso’s travel specialist was fantastic. They were very responsive through the app while we were on the trip. They were extremely helpful in helping us recover our passports that we forgot in one of the hotel safes.

New Zealand Tour Review: 2-Week Trip

We had issues with our trip as my husband became ill and could not proceed on to New Zealand with me. Zicasso's travel agent was not helpful, told me to call the phone numbers in the app, charged me $1300. NZD for a Coach tour in addition to the $16,000.00 NZD I had paid him in cash 2 months prior and did not refund any of my money. I had a wonderful trip thanks to friends in NZ who took me around their beautiful country. It cost me an additional $2,000.
