Thank you, Zicasso, for connecting us to our travel company. I wasn't sure how this process would work out, but it was amazing. You made it easy to connect with a local travel agent and create the perfect vacation. Our agent provided a customized trip that exceeded all our expectations!
We wanted to experience a mix of city, seaside, and countryside, and she delivered perfectly. Our itinerary included time in Lisbon, a few days in the charming seaside village of Ericeira, a stay in the stunning Douro Valley, wrapped up with an exciting visit to Porto. Each location was beautifully chosen and the hotels she selected were top-notch.
A special shout out to our tour guides, who ensured our trip was extra fun and engaging. Their knowledge and friendly demeanors made each day enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend our agent and her company to anyone looking to explore Portugal!

Our trip to Portugal was nothing less than spectacular. From our first day in Lisbon, where we took a food tour of the city and a sunset sailboat ride on the river, to planning all our city visits along the path north to Porto, everything was well planned and really immersed us in understanding the amazing beauty and history of the country.
Traveling back south down the coast and spending a couple of days in Cascais was so much fun. We ended back in Lisbon, learning to cook typical Portuguese food - our group of four women, daughters, and cousins, had the most memorable experience. We had a driver and an extraordinary historian for most of the trip.
Zicasso never disappoints in finding the best local tour companies for tailor-made experiences. Jose worked with me to find the perfect combination of activities. An all-round five-star experience.

We had a very memorable trip to Portugal in December 2023. I would rate it as one of our best family vacations – very meticulously planned and executed by Zicasso's travel partner.
At the outset, our travel agency assigned a dedicated consultant who took a lot of effort to understand what we wanted from the vacation – the kind of accommodations, travel, key activities and areas of interest, and our budget. Based on this, she came up with a draft travel itinerary and proposal which we reviewed and finalized over a couple of Zoom calls and emails. She was very resourceful and creative in making the most of the seven days we planned to spend in Portugal. She was in regular touch right up to the day of the trip to make sure our airport pick-up, tour guide, hotels, and all bookings were in place, and communicated very clearly in a detailed day-by-day tour itinerary document.
We were assigned a dedicated tour guide for the entire trip. He was excellent, very knowledgeable of Portuguese and European history and culture, and, most importantly, had a great way of engaging with the entire family.
All aspects of the tour, be it hotel accommodation in Lisbon and Porto, the airport pick-up and drop, the various tours and activities, were very well executed. I would strongly recommend Zicasso and our tour operator to anyone considering a trip to Portugal.
