Our travel team put together an amazing first trip to Africa for a group of four. We spent time on safari in Zimbabwe, where we also visited Victoria Falls, and in the greater Kruger area of South Africa.
Each camp we stayed in was increasingly outstanding! Our transfer drivers seamlessly navigated us through border crossings and between our accommodations. Every camp attended to our every need, ensuring a remarkable experience. We then ventured to the wine country in South Africa before heading to Cape Town. Once again, our accommodations were exceptional!
The transfer drivers were informative, courteous, and truly delightful. The day tours we experienced in wine country and Cape Town were simply fabulous. The tour guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly enjoyable. Every detail was meticulously attended to, leaving nothing to chance. Each place we stayed was well-informed about our schedule, including tours, transfers, dinner reservations, and our next stay.
I can’t emphasize enough the attention to detail and the flawless itinerary that perfectly matched our requests! We will enthusiastically recommend Zicasso’s travel agent to everyone and plan all our future African adventures with her!

Im using Zicasso for the third time. Our trip to South Africa and ZImbabwe was outstanding. We made our travel plans with less than 2 months left but it all worked out well. Our travel company was outstanding and hassle free. I exchanged several emails and worked out fine details in advance. Our trip began with 2 nights at Johannesburg and then 3 nights each at Sabi Sands and Cape town and 2 nights at Victoria Falls. The 4* hotel rooms were perfect and classy with breakfast every day. We made private tours everywhere we went which were organized smoothly. Overall we had a perfect trip.
