Review: Africa Anniversary Safari, South Africa & Zimbabwe, Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Boulders Beach, Table Mountain, Victoria Falls

About the trip, first thing I have to say is thank you very much for everything you did for Elle and I we had an amazing time.  The package you put together for us was so great there was not one day on the trip we were not amazed.   The trip to South Africa was everything we hoped be and much much more. South Africa, is my new favorite place in the world, Cape Town was wonderful including cape point, bolder beach, table mountain etc....  the drivers ilios tours were excellent and on time everytime.  Stellenbocsh was excellent and the wine tour was great and we carried several bottles from Stellenbosch throughout the rest of the trip and on the plane home. The resort was fantastic and great place to relax although we were out every day and night.  The spa service was great and we used every day Kapama private reserve was excellent and the rangers and staff could not have been better.  The photos we took are amazing, we saw all big five and more.  This place was so good in pairing up people the group we were with was great and had a great time and made new friends.   Thank you for the Champaign and the African song they sang for our anniversary could not have been better.  Victory Falls, Ilala Lodge was a great place, staff was excellent and seeing the falls was a dream come true.  The river cruise was amazing, and helicopter was the icing on the cake.   We also did elephant sanctuary tour and lion sanctuary tour as well that were booked through the Ilala Lodge. I guess by now you you figure out we had such a great time and cannot thank you enough for the great job you and our safari travel agency did for Elle and I.  You truly made a dream come true for both Elle and I.  Elle is already looking to go back again? There are a few people in my office waiting for me to get back tomorrow and give them the details on the trip and they maybe reaching out to you as well.   Thank you Alan & Elle

Review: Luxury Africa Safari Honeymoon, South Africa & Mozambique

Every detail of the trip was taken care of by our travel agency so that we could just enjoy our trip without worrying about things like transfers between destinations, safety, etc.  The safari lodge at Kapama Buffalo Camp in South Africa as well as the resort in Mozambique had great food, service, and accommodations.

Namibia & South Africa Travel Review: Stellenbosch, Windhoek, Doro !Nawas Conservancy

The travel company did a great job.  We enjoyed everything they setup:  the hotel in Stellenbosch, the three lodges in Namibia, the high quality of the tour guides, the flight arrangements, the hotel in Windhoek, and the various other local transportations they arranged.

Luxury South Africa Vacation Review: Cape Town, Private Game Reserve Safari, 10-Night Trip
We had an absolutely fabulous experience working with Rachel at this travel company. She was very diligent at putting together an amazing itinerary for our family. I shared my itinerary with our family friends who also joined the trip which made a total of 14 travelers. We saw all the major sites in Cape Town and had experienced guides for touring, ATV, and hiking.  Rachel worked through every detail with us including making our dinner reservations at wonderful restaurants in the city.  Our stay at the Private Game Reserve was the most memorable part of our trip. The accommodations, food, and safari experience were incredible. Our trip ended with a few relaxing days at our hotel near Port Alfred where we could enjoy the beach and bush in a unique setting. I would highly recommend our travel agency for travel to South Africa.

Luxury South Africa & Mozambique Honeymoon Review: Safari, Big Five, Bazaruto Archipielago, 10-Night Vacation
My husband and I had the most incredible trip to South Africa for our honeymoon thanks to Tara at the travel agency!!! She provided us with the trip of a lifetime, starting at the lodge in Kapama and the lodge in Sabi Sands for our safari leg, and then a trip to Bazaruto Archipielago for the remainder of the time. The pictures online don't do the accommodations justice! The rooms were stunning, the trip was all-inclusive for drinks and meals, and the experience was unforgettable!! Despite our trip to South Africa happening during the tail end of a hurricane, Tara was on top of everything before I could even ask her for advice on what to do. She was able to reroute our flights and transfers seamlessly, so there was no added stress when we learned one of our initial flights had been canceled. We did have one incident occur at the Johannesburg airport when we boarded the Airlink flight; when we walked up to the plane with our carry-on bags, I was informed that my bag was too large to be a carry-on and it was quickly checked. They handed me a yellow slip after writing my seat number on it and ushered us onto the plane. When we landed in Mozambique, I was given my carry-on suitcase, however, it was completely unzipped and a significant amount of money was missing ($850). We planned to use the money as tips for the staff on the island as well as fun excursions for the last leg of our honeymoon, but because of this, we didn't have any extra money to use. I called Tara very distraught and worried while we waited in the passport check line because I'd been afraid we were going to miss our car and boat transfers since the process of writing a report was taking so long and the computer systems seemed to be down. She was so unbelievably supportive and made me feel a lot better about the situation. She called ahead to the driver and the island to let them know what happened, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we still enjoyed our trip! Even though there was no way to recuperate our lost money, we still had a really great time, and we would absolutely do it all again!!! My only piece of advice - if you're traveling through the Johannesburg airport, use the kiosks that "wrap" luggage in plastic wrap for you. We laughed when we saw the plastic-wrapped suitcases the first time, but now we regret not getting it done because it deters theft, which seems to be relatively frequent on shorter flights.

Luxury Africa Safari Review: South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Zambia, 18-Day Tour
This was a great trip and the arrangements made by our travel specialist went off without a hitch. The feedback process to them has room for improvement. We were in line to get our boarding passes and the specialist is asking about our trip. We gave them quick none thorough feedback, from my wife only. In my opinion, not the best way to solicit feedback.   Our feedback was primarily on the camps, with maybe the company having more weight in feedback to the camps. They were all great, but need to provide more training to their game drivers, that this is a photo Safari and getting better placement for photos and not putting pressure to rush off to the next thing on their list, when the guests are clearly enjoying what they're seeing. At the game reserve in South Africa, our game driver was going to do a sundowner if it killed all of us.  He never once asked if we wanted to skip a sundowner. We had several sundowners with no sun and 1 with rain.My comments are more for feedback to the camps for improvement.ThanksRon
