The trip this travel agency was amazing and even better than we anticipated, and we had very high expectations. They planned a 10-day trip to Madrid, Seville, Granada, and Barcelona just as we requested. They also included Toledo and Ronda as day trips. Our travel planner designed a wonderful itinerary which was first built on our request but we used many of her suggestions. She offered a number of options in each city we visited for things to do and hotels. Ultimately, it was always our choice and she was never pushy. When we arrived in Spain, we found our printed detailed itinerary, which was already provided weeks earlier, at the hotel front desk. In addition she gave us a loaner cell phone with her contact info programmed into the phone and an envelope/bag to return the phone that we gave to the front desk at our last hotel. Everything on the trip went as planned except for one transfer which was late and when I contacted our travel planner by phone about it, she took care of it in a few minutes. Our travel planner and her staff were always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from before we booked the trip to after our trip ended. I only have positive things to say about them and would recommend them to anyone coming from the US who want to work with any awesome travel agency in planning a trip to Spain.

My hubby and I had a fabulous time in Spain, with good weather and good guides.
Our Zicasso travel agent and her team were excellent in planning this trip for us. As we had been to certain parts of Spain before, our plan was to go down south. Our agent planned it so well, with great and knowledgeable guides throughout our trip to Seville, Córdoba, Ronda, and Granada.
The hotels were all in good and central locations. We particularly liked the hotels in Seville and Madrid. With our agent’s help, our rooms were upgraded.

I reached out to Zicasso's travel partner to plan a girls' trip for myself, my sisters, and my mom. We went to Malaga, Ronda, Seville, the Algarve, Lisbon, and Sintra over 12 days. Our tour operator and the other team members made this trip one we will remember and cherish forever.
All the private tours were incredible and gave us a look at the cities through the eyes of a local, making us feel like a friend immediately.
The hotels, private transfers, restaurant recommendations, and reservations suggested all exceeded our expectations.
Everything went completely smoothly and made this trip stress-free. I will absolutely recommend and use this company again!

We were extremely happy with the service that this travel agency provided. From day one, communication was always great considering the time difference. They really work with you to plan out the trip that we want. All the the hotels they picked were excellent, centrally located, well maintained, and very clean. There was a good balance between tours and free time, and all the private tour guides were wonderful. We visited Madrid, Cordoba, Sevilla, Ronda, Granada, and Barcelona. All transfers via drivers and trains were smooth.

This was an elite tour of many locations in Spain. It was a nice touch to have a Mercedes limousine service to transport us between airports or train stations and hotels.
The boutique hotels were comfortable and located within walking distance of major tourist attractions and the best old-town restaurants. We received a coveted invitation to a family booth at the Seville spring fair, then a front-row view of the bullfight, and, later, flamenco dancing. The private guides were very knowledgeable of the sites, took us to the important things to see, and photographed us for lasting memories. Spain is renowned for its fine cuisine, and we were taken to the best tapas/pintxos bars and very delighted to experience delectable Michelin-rated restaurants.
Overall, this was an exceptional experience organized by Zicasso’s very professional tour agency.

Overall, the experience is great. The hotels are wonderful! We had a great time. Our planner was very knowledgable, provided helpful advice, and keep everything in order through emails. Transfers between cities and to the airport are all very smooth, extremely comfortable luxurious car for the two of us. The drivers were polite, drove safely from one destination to the other. The tours in each city (Sevilla, Granada and Cordoba) was well organized although more information on the exact location or meeting point to meet and with which tour guide would be a great help.
