Hello, this is Paul G. Recently went on a trip with this travel agency. First day went to the Cu Chi tunnels north of Saigon, the Mekong Delta, then north to Hanoi where I explored rural town of Mai Chau. Then travelled back to Hanoi and then out to Ha Long Bay

We travelled to Siem Reap, Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh City. At each stop our guide was there to meet us and each one was very knowledgable about the area, culture and history, able to provide very personal perspective on the areas. The hotels we stayed at were boutique style hotels all centrally located with great service and staff. The trip was effortless as our travel agency thought of everything and it all went very smoothly.
Thank you to our travel agency for a very enjoyable and interesting trip. You tailored the perfect trip for us!

This was a 14 day itinerary which included Cambodia (Siem Reap, Phnom Penh), Laos (Luang Prabang) and Vietnam (Hanoi). Our travel company was responsive to our our desire to see historical sites as well as experience nature. They also made excellent recommendations including spending time in Vietnam which was actually one of the highlights of our trip (Halong Bay). The itinerary was well-selected with excellent guides in each city. Transfers were relatively seamless and we had a consistent guide and driver in each city. There was time to rest in the afternoon or we modified the schedule if we were fatigued. Overall the trip was well-planned and we felt well cared for.

We recently returned from the most amazing trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos all expertly arranged by this travel company. My wife and I are seasoned international travelers, who generally make our own arrangements when traveling For certain trips that we deem more complicated, like this one, we decided to find a travel agency that had excellent knowledge of the countries and would take into account our own personal wishes. After speaking to several agencies recommended by Zicasso, we chose this company, based out of Saigon (HCM), Vietnam.
For several months we worked with one of the company's agents, planning everything from time frame, route, itinerary, lodging, internal airline flights, pricing, etc. At every turn, our travel company was accommodating to our wishes yet with their knowledge base they occasionally gently stirred us in a different direction. Everything was done by telephone and email. By the time we left we were confident that we had an awesome plan in hand.
Home now for eight days we are able to reflect back on the trip. My wife and I can honestly say that our trip to S/E Asia exceeded our expectations. We had the most amazing guides, who were with us from arrival to departure and shared their vast knowledge along the way. Because of our interest in history, the travel company arranged private lectures with university professors. We love being on the water, so the company arrange boat excursions in seven cities including Ha Long Bay and an amazing day and night on a Junk on the Mekong River. In Luang Prabang, Laos we wanted to actually participate in the giving of alms to the Buddhist monks. The company arranged for it to happen and our marvelous guide made it happen.
I could go on and on because each day brought new adventures, new memories to last a lifetime. Our many thanks to the agents at this company and everyone who contributed in making our tour to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos so wonderful and memorable.

The itinerary was very good. Overall organization was good. There were some small problems. We were not met by the representative at the Hanoi airport as was promised, so we had to call the office and then they sent somebody. Seats were not assigned on the internal flights and as a result we were bumped off from one flight. Some guides had very poor English and couldn't understand when talked back. We had to ask questions as they were not very eager to talk. In couple of places guides probably had other arrangements and were rushing to get rid of us as they had to make it someplace. Tour to Mekong delta didn't follow the itinerary and we didn't go to some places that were mentioned. The dinner that was included and was described as wine pairing and wine experience, was very far from it: Waiters didn't speak english and when we asked if we can see the bottle he said "no, only by the glass", nobody could even describe the wine. But since my husband is a wine lover and collector we could manage oursleves. We still loved the trip and would definitely come back. We would use this company, but would have to monitor more closely all the arrangements. The email communication was excellent and somebody from the office was constantly calling to make sure that we are ok.
