Austria Tours for Seniors

With the help of Zicasso, my wife and I experienced a once-in-a-lifetime 17-day tour of the major cities in Switzerland and Austria. The trip was exactly what we wanted it to be.

We initially spoke with our travel expert before the trip and came up with a great plan and schedule. Then Zicasso made it all happen flawlessly. The trip enabled us to see and do everything we wanted to, while remaining relaxing. The accommodations were better than expected.

The trip was great and the coordination for trains, transfers to and from hotels, and the airport provided by Zicasso's trip planner was perfect. Zicasso's travel agency was great; very attentive and responsive. They booked excellent sites and events with great local tour guides. Even when there was a bump in the road on an issue, the company was prompt in rectifying it, handling it extremely professionally.

We had a lot of things that we wanted to see on this trip and Zicasso's travel expert was able to plan everything out so we saw all the highlights we wanted to see. We really enjoyed the different types of hotels we stayed in and, of course, the sights were just amazing.

Zicasso's travel expert pulled together a great itinerary and was very responsive to all of our questions, regardless of the time or the day of the week. He checked in with us during the tour and arranged for a birthday cake when we were in Vienna.

We were more than pleased with our guide. He was helpful, always on time, and just a pleasure to be with. He was always helpful with restaurant suggestions and always made reservations for us. He was always ready to help us with our luggage and he even carried a backpack for us during one tour. He even played a "Sound of Music" recording for us while we traveled to Salzburg.
