We enjoyed our trip! We got to see several iconic sites, like Machu Picchu, Iguazú Falls, and Christ the Redeemer.

This is an excellent Zicasso company whose employees go above and beyond to make sure travelers have the best travel experience. This starts with very good advice on how to structure a proposed trip and make the appropriate selections from various options. For example, what to do in Quito for a day and where to stay to make sure all connections are met. It also means we were always met at our destination, picked up, and taken to the hotel or next stop. The local guides were extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful.

It extends to helping out when things go wrong. For example, when return flights are canceled and the airline cannot re-book the travelers for four days. In our case, traveling as grandparents with our children and grandchildren, it was understandably difficult to re-book in mid-August. However, our Zicasso travel company, their agent, and others jumped in on a Sunday afternoon in August to get us booked on a new flight out of Florida to a city in the northeast, arranged for our transport to Fort Lauderdale from Miami, arranged for our hotel in Fort Lauderdale close to the airport, and ultimately got us north when multiple options were shut down up and down the east coast. Further, when our luggage was delayed for over two weeks as a result of the cancellation, our agent and her colleague spent hours trying to track down the luggage and get it returned.

As a result, the trip, while not free from difficulty and delay, was, overall, a wonderful experience in which the joy far exceeded the mishaps.

We were two couples traveling to Argentina and Chile, predominantly in Patagonia. We had a great three-week trip, including a four-day cruise around Cape Horn and multiple domestic flights and transfers.

Zicasso’s travel agent helped us put together our custom itinerary and arranged all accommodations, guides, and transfers. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the planning process and the trip, and did an outstanding job arranging all the logistics.

We were contacted by text by each individual subcontractor one day prior to any transfer. They were also very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Every transfer was exactly on time and everything in what was a complicated three-week itinerary went like clockwork. Boarding passes for domestic flights were provided the day prior to the flights. All the guides provided were excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The accommodations were mostly excellent.

Overall, our travel agent did an outstanding job and we highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have a great trip to Patagonia and Argentina.

Zicasso’s tour planners curated the perfect trip to Argentina for my son (college senior) and me. They designed an itinerary that took us to Buenos Aires, the Mendoza wine region, and Iguazú Falls, and paired us with bilingual guides who were knowledgeable and fun. Thanks to our guides, whose tours made our overall experience that much better, and to the drivers who helped get us to and from airports and hotels. Every detail was handled beautifully and this allowed us to relax and enjoy our first visit to Argentina.

The accommodations they selected were excellent and we enjoyed staying at smaller boutique hotels that included breakfast. The location of the hotel in Palermo Soho in Buenos Aires was perfect and it was easy to walk to restaurants, nice shops, and into the main part of the city (fine arts museum, bookstore and so much more). Argentina is an amazing country with so much to offer and we look forward to returning and exploring even more. Zicasso’s travel company was a big part of making this an unforgettable trip. Our trip to Peru was absolutely magical! Zicasso’s travel company planned a top-notch trip with wonderful accommodations, extraordinary experiences, and delicious food. Our guides were exceptional; very knowledgeable and warm, just like all the Peruvian people we encountered.

We stayed in five-star hotels that were comfortable and full of character. All-around first-class accommodations all the way! Our domestic flights were great and the drivers and guides tasked with making sure we arrived at our destinations safely were wonderful.

The app "trip plans" outlining each aspect of the trip were very helpful, but not definitive enough in terms of activities. The planning was good, but could have been more detailed regarding each day's activities.

Communication was open and available at various hours of the day.

Our Zicasso travel operator did a wonderful job of helping us plan and organize our trip to Argentina and Chile. We were very happy with all our accommodations and it was really amazing to have all the transports show up on time with our names, even when our flight arrived very late in BA. It was so much easier having that arranged by our travel operator. Our agent checked in frequently during our trip to see how things were going, which was greatly appreciated.
