We had a very good travel experience with Zicasso's tour company. Our travel agent was organized and responsive to our requests before the trip, and he stayed in communication with us throughout the trip. We traveled as a couple and were delighted with the intimate and comfortable safari camp and the luxurious city and Diani Beach accommodations. Our guides in the cities and in the Maasai Mara National Reserve were knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.

From our initial conversation to finalizing the itinerary and final preparations, Zicasso’s travel consultants have been fantastic to work with. They kept in contact with us during our trip to ensure everything was to our liking, including the last-minute scheduling of car transport when one of our bush planes was canceled due to low clouds.

 A wonderful and memorable trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. The trip was well organized and custom made to our specifications. We were looking for a local safari outfitter as we wanted to help the local small businesses and we found our perfect fit in this travel company. Our tour guide/driver was the best. He has an uncanny ability to find wildlife, and at the same time can brew the best Tanzanian coffee in his land cruiser. Our whole trip from start to finish was well organized without any issues.
