Zicasso’s tour company was fantastic from start to finish. After we communicated what we were looking for, they provided a comprehensive proposal. After a few tweaks (including the addition of a side trip to the Amazon), we finalized the itinerary. From there, the agency took care of everything. 
Each step of the way, the guides were excellent and ensured we made it to our next destination. The accommodations and local guides were all excellent. The company really took the stress (of both the planning and the trip itself) out of our South America vacation. Highly recommended.

He listened to what we were interested in exploring, provided multiple options for tours and activities, and was incredibly responsive, even after we booked the trip. He patiently answered all of our questions and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants.
Furthermore, he paired us with an outstanding tour guide for our time at the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. He even left us a surprise at our hotel on the final leg of our journey! When we go back to visit South America, we will definitely reach out to him!
