Zicasso's tour operator took care of everything. All we had to do was show up. Our tour guides in Cairo and Luxor were great and very knowledgeable. They took very good care of us. I would definitely recommend this company. We saw everything we hoped for in four short days.

Through no fault of Zicasso's tour company, we were not able to do the Jordan portion of our trip due to the outbreak of hostilities between Israel, Iran, and then the US. When learning Jordanian airspace was closed, the company jumped into action to provide us with immediate alternatives to the Jordan portion of the trip, including a full refund for that portion if so desired. But because they had done such a fabulous job on the Egypt portion of the trip, we decided to extend our Egypt trip and spend several days in Alexandria and out in the desert at an oasis.
My wife and I cannot say enough good things about the job Zicasso's travel company did for us. We received first-class service, travel, and accommodations, with help, from the moment we deplaned in Cairo until we went back to the airport to leave Egypt 15 days later.
My wife and I travel each summer to Europe and beyond, and most often do our trips entirely on our own. However, Egypt and Jordan are places I believe American tourists need help with at most stages of the journey ,and our travel company provided that help in an extraordinary way. I would personally recommend this company to all of my traveling friends, as well as anyone else interested in my opinion.

Everything from the airport meet in Cairo to the airport departure from Cairo was perfect. Each guide was an expert, engaging, and excited to discuss and describe our various sightseeing adventures. The hotels were also fabulous. We could not have expected any more.

Our trip to France was wonderful! I felt listened to on what we wanted to do and see, and I felt Zicasso's travel expert did a great job planning nice things within our budget.
Throughout the trip, I was communicated with well, which involved changes to our train tickets. Every driver and tour guide who was set up showed up on time and helped make the trip feel at ease.
We loved the location of the hotel in Paris, but the quarters were too tight for our family. We couldn't even open our suitcases in the room unless we went one at a time. However, it had AC, which when you go at one of the hottest times of the year was a great gift. The hotel in London was magnificent. A home run!
I am deeply appreciative of all the work that went into making this trip one of the highlights of our lives. With that said, I did a ton of planning on this and sorting through where everything was located and what made sense. I could've used more direction on this part. Sometimes, I guess, you only learn by doing.

Without exaggeration, this was the most amazing trip of my life. Everything was perfect, from the itinerary to the lodging, food, and guides. We saw so much and so many varied topographies. We also got such a great flavor of the culture, people, and way of life in both countries. It truly was incredible from start to finish.

We had a great trip with only a few glitches, which we would expect and were resolved quickly. The guides were outstanding, very competent, and gave us insight into understanding the culture and history of Egypt and Jordan. We felt very safe as we traveled.

The private guides were knowledgeable, professional, and conversant in every aspect of Egyptology. This was especially appreciated at the pyramids, historical sites, and museums.
The cruise down the Nile was a wonderful and charming experience. I am at a loss for words at the exceptional services provided to us on the cruise! The meals were amazing and we were offered a variety of delicious food! The chef and all of the staff on the vessel were personable and amenable. The chef kindly went out of his way to make us Uhm Ali (Egyptian bread pudding) once he was advised that it had become my new favorite dessert! If we missed dinner (which happened occasionally due to the great lunches we had!), the host would send us dinner or desserts! The personal touch was extremely appreciated! There were also great theme parties on the boat!
Additionally, the hotel choices were excellent and the staff at the properties were all great! The front-desk staff were extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. The properties were remarkable and one hotel had a fantastic old-world charm, with high-quality rooms and high-quality service.
Overall, we had a great experience and I highly recommend your company and its services to anyone!
