We were very pleased with our Zicasso travel services. All the drivers were kind and professional. Everyone was always on time for our next voyage. Every hotel we stayed in was top-notch!

Our tour guide for the Sainte-Chapelle and Chartres was the best! He was so knowledgeable in all aspects of the chapels and surrounding areas.

Our guide for our food and wine tours in Alsace was also very good. We had a great time enjoying Strasbourg and Colmar with her.

Another guide presented us with a wealth of information on the history and setting of the Battle of Verdun and had an intense desire to share with us his knowledge of the area and that battle.

My husband and I travel often. This was our first time using Zicasso’s travel company to plan our trip. They were wonderful to deal with. I was able to reach out to them any time of day. My travel agent was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She anticipated all our needs.

The hotels were fabulous (especially the one in San Sebastián). They were all centrally located and the staff at each hotel were wonderful.

All the tour guides were knowledgeable and went over and above to accommodate us. Six of us traveled together and everyone had different dietary needs, making our food tours a little complicated.

I can't say enough amazing things about working with Zicasso's travel partners! They met and exceeded all of our expectations as they helped my wife and I plan our dream honeymoon to London and Croatia in June. They were there every step of the way and left no stone unturned regarding coordination, communication, and execution. I would have given a five-star review, but we did have a disappointing tour of Reims. Our guide was late, so we just kind of hung around the train station until she got there. We were under the impression we would be touring one of the famous houses of Champagne, but instead, we sat outside in a chilly vineyard and were offered pretty mediocre classes of champagne produced by a friend of hers.

The restaurant our Zicasso trip planner recommended was, however, the best meal we had in France. After lunch, our guide took us to the cathedral, which I knew more about than she did. She was constantly Googling information that we could have done on our own. Her command of English was scant and, in all, we felt we could have organized this by ourselves and had a more fulfilling day.

The remainder of our tour of Rouen, the beaches, and Bayeux was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time in Belgium.

We stayed in Bruges for two days, at one of the most beautiful hotels in the area. We enjoyed the sights and were so pleased with our guide. We did a night walking tour, visited a wonderful old bar, and tried some Belgian beer for the first time. My husband and friends loved it. The next day, we did a walking tour with our guide. The morning was in Bruges and the afternoon was in Ghent. It was a long day (eight hours), but we learned a lot about both cities.

In Bruges, we did a canal ride, which we felt was the best way to see Bruges. I would recommend splitting the day if you have time. We were very tired when we returned to the hotel.

After our short stay in Bruges, we went to Brussels and stayed in the city center. We were very lucky that the annual Belgium Beer Fest was occuring the days we were there. What an experience!

We had many activities planned to keep us busy. We learned to make Belgian waffles and chocolates, took a beer tour with a guide, and had a three-hour food-tasting tour with another guide. She introduced us to the best Belgian foods. Also, a guide took us through most of Brussels on our walking tour. All of our guides and drivers were amazing.

We were extremely pleased with our agent. He was very easy to work with in planning our itinerary and developing the most perfect vacation. I would definitely use our travel company again when I travel to Europe.

Oh my goodness, where do we even start with our incredible journey to Paris and Zurich organized by Zicasso’s tour company? It was seriously like a dream come true!

Your drivers have access to the best vehicles and introduce you to an experience that feels so luxurious and elevated. Never let them go!!!!! Every driver we had was phenomenal. Quiet, professional, efficient, and supportive.

Paris was absolutely enchanting. From the moment we arrived at Charles de Gaulle Airport and were whisked away by our amazing driver to the hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The hotel was just perfect; so charming with its French decor. And that breakfast! Fresh croissants, delicious coffee, and that delightful French ambiance. It was the perfect start to each day of exploring the city.

And let's talk about our walking tour guide in Paris. She was an absolute gem. She took us through the winding streets of the Latin District, sharing stories of artists and poets, giving us a masterclass in French art and history.

We had a front-row gourmet seat at the Moulin Rouge. Talk about an unforgettable experience!

One of the highlights was definitely our wine and cheese tour. We sampled the most exquisite cheeses and wines, learning about the rich culinary traditions of France. And of course, no trip to Paris is complete without a visit to a French pharmacy. We stocked up on skincare products like there was no tomorrow!

And then Zurich. Oh Zurich, you stole our hearts! The hotel was pure luxury. The spa experience was out of this world, like floating on a cloud of relaxation. Our guide in Zurich was so knowledgeable and fun. He took us for a fondue feast, shared stories of Zurich's gold coast, and even treated us to a tour of a well-known chocolate factory. Heaven!

Overall, our trip was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We soaked in the culture, indulged in gourmet delights, and made memories to last a lifetime. We can't wait to share all the stunning photos and insider tips with our followers. It was truly an experience to remember!

We went to three areas of France: Paris, the Loire Valley, and the French Alps. When we first met with Zicasso’s trip planner, she asked what types of activities we were interested in doing. She listened well and understood that we wanted an active vacation that included some structured activities, but also lots of flexibility. She came up with an excellent itinerary that combined historical sites with nature, and included hiking, biking and canoeing. She and her associates were extremely helpful and responsive. When we had to change some plans due to the weather, our agent was very helpful in making the arrangements and providing suggestions on alternative things to do. I would highly recommend our travel agency for a trip to France.
