Oh my goodness, where do we even start with our incredible journey to Paris and Zurich organized by Zicasso’s tour company? It was seriously like a dream come true!

Your drivers have access to the best vehicles and introduce you to an experience that feels so luxurious and elevated. Never let them go!!!!! Every driver we had was phenomenal. Quiet, professional, efficient, and supportive.

Paris was absolutely enchanting. From the moment we arrived at Charles de Gaulle Airport and were whisked away by our amazing driver to the hotel, we knew we were in for something special. The hotel was just perfect; so charming with its French decor. And that breakfast! Fresh croissants, delicious coffee, and that delightful French ambiance. It was the perfect start to each day of exploring the city.

And let's talk about our walking tour guide in Paris. She was an absolute gem. She took us through the winding streets of the Latin District, sharing stories of artists and poets, giving us a masterclass in French art and history.

We had a front-row gourmet seat at the Moulin Rouge. Talk about an unforgettable experience!

One of the highlights was definitely our wine and cheese tour. We sampled the most exquisite cheeses and wines, learning about the rich culinary traditions of France. And of course, no trip to Paris is complete without a visit to a French pharmacy. We stocked up on skincare products like there was no tomorrow!

And then Zurich. Oh Zurich, you stole our hearts! The hotel was pure luxury. The spa experience was out of this world, like floating on a cloud of relaxation. Our guide in Zurich was so knowledgeable and fun. He took us for a fondue feast, shared stories of Zurich's gold coast, and even treated us to a tour of a well-known chocolate factory. Heaven!

Overall, our trip was the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. We soaked in the culture, indulged in gourmet delights, and made memories to last a lifetime. We can't wait to share all the stunning photos and insider tips with our followers. It was truly an experience to remember!

We celebrated my sister's 60th birthday in Amsterdam and Bruges. It was amazing. Our Zicasso travel agent worked with me for over a year, maybe even a year and a half, to get everything just right.

Bruges was like a fairy tale. We had rooms at the finest hotel in all of Bruges, with adjoining rooms that opened up onto the canal, perhaps the most picturesque place in the world. It was magical and amazing. We had tours set up for our last day, but canceled them just to be able to enjoy the magical medieval experience. My sister's birthday experience was a trip of a lifetime. Most days we just pinched ourselves.

We had fun with our favorite driver and guide, and he had fun with us. He became part of our trip and our memory. Our travel agent was a spot-on perfectionist. Three women traveling abroad never worried for one moment. We were in the best places with the best care. I can't rave enough.

My wife and I, along with another couple, traveled to Paris and Normandy. We are senior citizens, with an average age of 77. Our plan was to visit Bayeux, the Normandy D-Day beaches, Mont Saint-Michel, Chartres, and Paris. While we arranged our flights, almost all of our remaining plans were facilitated by Zicasso’s travel agent.

We had a wonderful visit! Suffice it to say, our travel company did a great job arranging in-country travel, tours, and lodging, and making appropriate dining recommendations.

Our agent was knowledgeable, courteous, and exceptionally patient. She was available to deal with any concerns we had during our travels. I will recommend her to anyone traveling to France. Five stars!!!!

The Zicasso tour operator was a true travel professional. He worked diligently with me to plan our special trip to Normandy and Paris. His responses to our questions, as well as his excellent planning, gave me great faith, and we were not disappointed. Our guides in Paris and Normandy shared excellent knowledge in their respective fields and surely are rated top in their fields. In addition, our driver in Normandy was an added asset, as he was always prompt, professional, and obliging during our four-day travels with him.

This trip was planned as a high-school graduation gift for our granddaughter. She was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and our agents worked diligently to locate gluten-free restaurants along our travel path. This was an indication of their commitment to provide us with excellent service. I doubt other travel agents would provide this type of service.

We were provided an excellent app that included our trip details, as well as tickets purchased for us. This was an additional benefit as we did not need to carry abundant paperwork.

We requested small boutique hotels and were quite pleased with our agent's choices. Each hotel offered excellent service and was responsive to our needs.

We look forward to using Zicasso again and would definitely recommend this travel company to anyone traveling in France… That is the highest compliment!

It was, overall, a great experience from start to finish. The Zicasso travel company helped me put together a jam-packed trip to London and Paris without being overwhelmed with the schedule. If I tried to plan too much in a day, they would suggest other options to "get it all in". We had the best tour guides set up for us in both places. They were always a text chat away on the app and quick to respond. We had very few hiccups!! (You have to expect a hiccup here and there. Ours were minimal and not even noticeable.) We highly recommend our travel company.

Working with Zicasso's travel company for our custom trip to Scotland and Ireland was a wonderful experience. We felt heard and supported in the planning process and throughout the trip. Our travel agent created a bespoke itinerary that honored our interests in exploring places of wild natural beauty, hiking, history, culture (music, dance, falconry, sheep herding), and visiting my husband’s ancestral village.

In Scotland, our driver/guide was a lively storyteller who wore a kilt and kept us entertained throughout. In Ireland, our driver/guide was an interesting conversationalist who showed us many places of natural beauty that extended our already excellent itinerary. Our agent took care of us before and throughout our trip, making reservations for experiences and meals we wanted to add and any changes we wanted to make as we traveled.

We asked to stay in a mix of four-star and five-star accommodations, and that worked out perfectly. Our travel company offered an app with a “living” itinerary, offering day-by-day details, names, phone numbers, walking maps, weather reports, notifications of any changes, additional suggestions for free time, and reminders about upcoming plans.

We have done a lot of traveling over many years and this was one of our most stress-free and delightful trips. We are already thinking about planning future trips with our travel team.

It is overwhelming to try to put into words just how much we appreciated the efforts of our Zicasso travel agents. Truly, our trip was perfect. Our agents were responsive and took into account our personal interests/desires, crafting the perfect week-long trip through central/southeastern France. We were so grateful for the insight and professionalism of one of our agents. She was truly a travel advisor; much more than just an agent.

This trip through the Basque region had everything: beautiful beaches, lush scenery, history, delicious food, outdoor activities, knowledgeable and friendly guides, wine culture, local flavor, and unique experiences (running with the bulls and a bullfight). Every hotel was very comfortable (even iconic in some instances) and well-located. We experienced great service from the drivers and all the people we encountered. There is not a thing I would change. Our travel agent simply nailed exactly what we wanted. Our local support person was attentive and responsive, and made changes along the way to enhance the trip.
