We worked with Zicasso's travel designer and we were very happy. This was a first trip to Europe for several in our group (including me), so we were nervous about planning everything. Our travel agent chose an excellent resort in Crete for us and then a beautiful villa in Santorini. The activities he suggested were right on and a really great experience for all of us, from a semi-private catamaran day to a beautiful pottery session.
We traveled with four young adults and they also stated this was their favorite trip so far. It was well worth the money we spent and the peace of mind we had at being able to reach our travel agent any time we had questions.

Overall, we had a wonderful trip. All of the locations were great and met our expectations. A few of our hotel accommodations could have been a little bit better, but overall, they met our needs. The tours and our guides were wonderful, very knowledgeable, and friendly.
The river ride in Seville, Spain, was the only activity that wasn't very good, as it seemed more like a boat ride versus a tour. Also, the communications with the travel company in Greece and Spain were excellent. They provided all the information we needed via text and WhatsApp.

Fantastic tour beautifully customized by Danai from our travel agency. We visited two smaller islands off the beaten path in Greece and had wonderful boat trips, tours, and culinary adventures. Danai was available 24/7, day or night, to help with any issues that came up. But they were few and far between, because everything was so well-organized and thoughtfully executed. It was a dream vacation.

Zicasso's travel agency and staff were nothing short of amazing! Their details, knowledge, and strategic planning throughout our honeymoon made for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Any question my wife or I had, they were quick to respond, while also being incredibly kind, polite, and thorough. I have nothing but positive things to say! We had so much fun as we explored these two countries. We can’t wait to use them for our next overseas vacation! There’s no doubt in my mind that we will!
