Our Zicasso travel agent and her company were fantastic! We wanted to work with someone who knew Greece and had excellent travel partners to guide us in creating our itinerary. We visited Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, and Crete. Our agent helped us plan a fabulous vacation and was available during the trip to ensure everything ran smoothly.

Throughout the planning process, she provided details about tours and hotels. She recommended wonderful hotels that were located in great areas in each of the cities and was clear with the pricing as we decided to upgrade our room types/amenities (no hidden pricing). We loved that she shared her travel expertise and feedback from other travelers in helping us.

She recommended tours for our vacation. The tour guides were excellent (they clearly love what they do) and we loved all of our tours. She also assisted us with dinner reservations, flights, ferries, and transfers. The view from the restaurant in Athens was amazing!

In Athens, we had a private tour of the Acropolis and Plaka, and visited beautiful Cape Sounion and the Temple of Poseidon. We loved our five-hour catamaran trips in Mykonos and Santorini. They were perfect ways to see the beauty of both islands, swim, and connect with other travelers.

In Santorini, we had a private six-hour tour with a fantastic guide and learned so much about the island, visiting so many beautiful sights, including Oia, avoiding crowds, capturing fabulous family photos of the blue-domed churches, tasting wine overlooking the beautiful caldera, and so much more. We loved our sunset food tour along the caldera footpath, tasting so many different local foods, wines, and beer. Our guide was charming and fun.

Crete was beautiful and we visited a nearby beach for swimming, dined at a quaint local restaurant with excellent grilled fish after swimming, and enjoyed a sunset tour of the old town in Chania. We even learned a little Greek. We enjoyed everything about our trip – the food, the people/guides, the beautiful places, and the history.

Our agent created a full travel itinerary that we could access on our phones throughout the trip. When something was updated (one boat had a technical problem and our agent booked us an alternative; our gate changed at the airport), we received an alert. I used that itinerary each day to review what we were doing and ensure we were meeting our transfers or tour guides at the correct time. It was very helpful for planning and packing tips too.

Our agent connected with us through WhatsApp during the planning process and the trip, which was very convenient.

We are incredibly grateful to her and her team for their dedication to creating a fantastic family experience with lots of wonderful memories. We hope to visit Greece again and will definitely contact our agent for vacation planning.

During the initial planning phase, our agent was immediately thoughtful in her questions and provided some great feedback. She responded quickly anytime we reached out and pivoted anytime we needed it. She prepared us very well for our trip and answered many questions, from packing to important things to know about the culture in Greece.

During our trip, our agent was constantly available to help us with anything that came up. Things are always going to come when you are traveling, and every step of the way, she was there to support us and quickly help pivot when anything happened (late ferries, couldn't find a guide location quickly). It was amazing to have someone there to help us in a place we didn't know; it helped me relax so much!

We spent most of our time in Naxos, with three days in Athens and two days in Santorini. Our agent recommended we spend more time in Naxos and she was so right! It was our absolute favorite part of the trip. Our hotel accommodations were fantastic and right in the heart of everything, so we could walk pretty much anywhere. Our cooking class was a favorite. We had a great mix of historical activities in Athens and sightseeing in Santorini. If we were to do it over, we would spend even more time on the island of Naxos!

My husband and I had a wonderful trip to Greece. We wouldn't change a thing. We were very pleased with our Zicasso travel company's professional services. All arrangements were clearly explained in advance, well planned for us, and perfectly carried out. All the connections and drivers were punctual, seamless, and pleasant. I have already recommended the company to several people.

The combination of historical tours and little adventures was great. We learned so much about the ancient civilizations and the impressive continuing efforts to uncover even more of what was covered by volcanic ash for thousands of years. The depth (in more ways than one) of the amazingly advanced, as well as preserved, ancient cultures we visited in the Peloponnese and Santorini, and what they accomplished so many years ago, was so impressive and will be so memorable for us. Also highlights were our non-historical side trips, including a bike trip through vineyard country, followed by a wonderful cooking class and delicious meal outside with a beautiful view and our chef, who was a lovely young man! The day included winery visits, which were, of course, very nice and scenic.

On one of our days in Santorini, we went on a fishing boat with a small group (each of whom we enjoyed getting to know). We fished and watched "our" fisherman pull in an impressive assortment of fish from their nets, which they later grilled for us on the boat for dinner. We ate them on the boat, along with veggies, salad, and dessert. It was so nice and so special. After the meal, the sunset from the boat was magical.

Zicasso’s travel company planned an outstanding trip. From the tours and excursions to the transfers and accommodations, the trip was excellent, a great balance of activity and education for our family of four.

We were delayed getting into Milan, but the driver was updated, so we had no challenges getting to our hotel.
