I can't say enough good things about our trip to Iceland with Zicasso's travel company! Our trip planner created a fully customized itinerary that was exactly what we wanted. The tours and tour guides were phenomenal, and all activities were once-in-a-lifetime experiences!

We received excellent support during the planning of the trip, with many good options that were responsive to our interests. There was good organization during the trip, with a great guide who had obviously extensive local knowledge of the areas visited and Iceland in general.

I had the pleasure of having Harpa as my travel specialist. This was my very first solo international trip and I was extremely happy with Harpa's knowledge of Iceland. She designed the perfect trip. I explained to her my interests and the things I wanted to do. Harpa was very attentive to all my questions and concerns. I really appreciated her checking in on me while I was there. I couldn't have done this trip without Harpa.

I will discuss the experience in phases. The experience itself was overall a five, but only due to the service provided once there.
Booking and presale: Communication was great. I worked with Kjartan directly and he provided lots of information. Pricing came quickly and there were reminders to book due to things selling out.
