I can't say enough amazing things about working with Zicasso's travel partners! They met and exceeded all of our expectations as they helped my wife and I plan our dream honeymoon to London and Croatia in June. They were there every step of the way and left no stone unturned regarding coordination, communication, and execution. From the beginning, their team asked thoughtful and in-depth questions to really learn about the things we would like to do, while giving their honest opinion on any idea we had. All of their third-party travel partners, who assisted us along the way in each location, were also amazing. Zicasso’s tour company did a first-class job preparing and carrying out our tour.

There was very good trip preparation. They put together a trip agenda that met all our requirements.

Our driver/guide was excellent and a great asset, with an extensive knowledge of all areas visited.

The hotels were very good, although at one location the staff could not get the TV to work.

Our travel company quickly resolved a few minor glitches.

Our Zicasso travel agent and her team are simply phenomenal. They go above and beyond to listen to your goals, intent, and travel aspirations. Their knowledge is unbelievable and they leave you with 100% confidence that your trip will be everything you dreamed of.

Beyond that, she and her team are compassionate, flexible, and understanding. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to issues on the homefront and we (wife and two kiddos) had to rush back to the States. Our agent and her team triaged all aspects of our emergency departure and provided fantastic support. They stayed in touch to ensure we arrived safely and remained in contact to assist with return logistics.

As often happens, life continues to get in the way, which resulted in a more than six-month delay between when we traveled (in early/mid-February) and the date of this review. However, our agent and her team left such an amazing impression that all these months later, we still felt compelled to provide positive feedback. If you choose to go with our travel company, not only will you be in incredible professional hands, but our agent and her team will walk with you each step of the way and be there on the off chance an issue occurs. We will not hesitate to use their services again when the time comes to finally have our Scotland experience.

The hotel in Paris was far from attractions and we wasted so much time in the metro or taxi.

I made a mistake thinking the prices they gave us were in euros, since all the previous trips I’ve taken were in euros and I was going to France, but the prices were in pounds. The trip was significantly overpriced.

I had to negotiate with them to add some stuff to light transfers.

I have to say, their app was amazing and had everything you needed. They were also very responsible in addressing concerns.

Our hotels were mainly four stars, and four stars by European standards can sometimes be disappointing. I have gone to four-star hotels on previous Zicasso trips and they were much better. They updated our hotel to a five star Avignon after realizing how upset I was with the hotel in Paris.

On previous trips I have taken with Zicasso, I really did not have to analyze the plans in detail before going, so I did not look at the details when they gave me the travel plan. It was my mistake.

The other issue was the last day in Paris. We were told our breakfast was covered in the price of the hotel, but the hotel denied it.

Our trip was wonderful! It was nicely planned and executed by Zicasso’s tour company. Our agent was very reliable, very available, and honest. I felt cared for. She understood that this was the first trip we'd taken since the pandemic and, with us, created an itinerary that allowed sufficient time to do the things we wanted to do. The app, which we resisted at first, was actually very reliable and extremely helpful each day. We came home a few days ago and are already thinking about where we want to go on our next trip with our travel company.
