We had a wonderful time in London and on our travels through Ireland. We were very pleased with all the accommodations selected by Zicasso's travel agents. The hotel selections were excellent and the restaurant suggestions were exactly what we wanted. The time with our chauffeur in Ireland was very enjoyable. The amount of time spent driving or stopping to see an event or just scenery was what we wanted and was enjoyable. We very much enjoyed our time in London and Ireland.

Our travel agency was a fabulous partner in planning a first-time trip to Europe for me and my recently graduated daughter (she turned 18 in Rome!). They worked with me to plan a wonderful itinerary and took care of everything from start to finish. They were fantastic with communication throughout the two-week trip. They used WhatsApp and checked in every day, reminding me of the itinerary for that day and resending any tickets/vouchers in case I didn't have them handy. They were always super-quick to respond to any questions or provide help during the trip, including when parts of Paris were blocked off due to Olympics security and we were trying to get to our tour. If I ever travel to Europe again, I will most definitely use Zicasso's travel partner!

Working with Zicasso's travel company for our custom trip to Scotland and Ireland was a wonderful experience. We felt heard and supported in the planning process and throughout the trip. Our travel agent created a bespoke itinerary that honored our interests in exploring places of wild natural beauty, hiking, history, culture (music, dance, falconry, sheep herding), and visiting my husband’s ancestral village.

In Scotland, our driver/guide was a lively storyteller who wore a kilt and kept us entertained throughout. In Ireland, our driver/guide was an interesting conversationalist who showed us many places of natural beauty that extended our already excellent itinerary. Our agent took care of us before and throughout our trip, making reservations for experiences and meals we wanted to add and any changes we wanted to make as we traveled.

We asked to stay in a mix of four-star and five-star accommodations, and that worked out perfectly. Our travel company offered an app with a “living” itinerary, offering day-by-day details, names, phone numbers, walking maps, weather reports, notifications of any changes, additional suggestions for free time, and reminders about upcoming plans.

We have done a lot of traveling over many years and this was one of our most stress-free and delightful trips. We are already thinking about planning future trips with our travel team.

We spent 10 days in Ireland on the custom itinerary created for us by Zicasso’s trip planner. She and her team did an amazing job! All the details were taken care of. Every transfer went smoothly and on time. We never had to worry about anything. All the tickets, activities, and bookings were made ahead of time, and we never had to wait or worry about getting somewhere on time.

Six of the 10 days were spent with a private driver/guide. He also made our time in Ireland special. He was able to quickly gauge our interests and made a few changes to the itinerary that greatly benefited us! We were always safe driving with him and learning more about Ireland's history and culture. The car was always clean and well-stocked with snacks and water. We really never had to worry about anything. He made suggestions for dining and other activities in our free time. Our guide was also just a pleasure to be around. We got along great and it made our time in Ireland even more special!

Everything went smoothly from the moment we landed. Our experience checking into hotels, taking our planned tours, getting our rental car, and getting back to Dublin for the flight home went exactly as planned.

Our agent was very attentive, thorough, and responsive during the trip-planning phase and her follow-up was fantastic. Her suggestions were spot on too. All of the hotels we stayed in were lovely, the food delicious, and the service excellent.

We had an outstanding adventure! This was our third Zicasso trip – a complex, two-week vacation with six people, ourselves, adult children and their significant others across Germany and Austria. We had many standard (wine tasting, castle touring) and non-standard (canyoning, via ferratas) requests, and Zicasso’s travel company did an amazing job of connecting us with incredible tour guides.

The key for me, and what really helps me come back to Zicasso again and again, is "connecting the dots". Our travel company perfectly set up all of our logistics and travel arrangements. On one occasion, things were not quite perfect and they quickly remedied the issue. In addition, they quickly received our feedback during the trip and gave suggestions and/or alternative plans. The adventure was amazing!

From almost the moment we got on the phone with our Zicasso travel agent, we knew we had found the right folks to plan our trip. He took the time to understand what we were interested in and suggested things we didn't even know we were interested in. He was also happy to work around the British Grand Prix, which we booked on our own.

The hotel was wonderful – well appointed, with excellent service, and on a quiet street that was still super-convenient for getting to attractions by walking or public transport. We thoroughly enjoyed every experience and all of the guides were top-notch.

I didn't think it was possible to pack as much into a trip as we did, and there's still so much we missed. We'll definitely go back to the UK and will work with our travel company to plan!
