Zicasso’s travel company planned an outstanding trip. From the tours and excursions to the transfers and accommodations, the trip was excellent, a great balance of activity and education for our family of four.

We were delayed getting into Milan, but the driver was updated, so we had no challenges getting to our hotel.

This vacation was sensational from beginning to end. The hotel choices were absolutely perfect. The tours were extremely fun and educational. We never got bored and were always engaged in conversations. The drivers and staff members at all locations were spot on, friendly, and so helpful with everything, from recommendations to conversations on the histories of those towns with small tour guides.

This vacation was epic; we had uptime and downtime, making it awesome to recharge our batteries. It was beautiful from day one to day 13. Imagine; we visited Venice, Lake Garda, Florence, Cortona, Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Capri, Naples, and Rome. In between, we had wine tastings, cooking classes, and several private boat adventures. Everything was private, which was so special and unique. We have over 600 memorable pictures and unlimited memories for a lifetime.

We are extremely happy we chose this company and Zicasso as our travel experts; it was the best decision we have ever made. Wow, this travel agency was incredible. From the get-go, they were a really good help. We organized a phone call from Western Australia, and after the call, we decided how the trip would go. We gave all of our ideas and our budget, and then our Zicasso agent started our adventure. She made changes when we asked and did such a great job in creating the perfect itinerary for us. We loved what she came up with, from the private tours to the small group tours, transportation, and hotel organization.

We would 10 out of 10 recommend this Zicasso travel company! This was our honeymoon and it was worth having someone else plan and handle the entire trip. They set us up with personal transfers, private and small group tours of all the major sights, and a dream yacht day. It was all a dream come true. Our travel agency was a fabulous partner in planning a first-time trip to Europe for me and my recently graduated daughter (she turned 18 in Rome!). They worked with me to plan a wonderful itinerary and took care of everything from start to finish. They were fantastic with communication throughout the two-week trip. They used WhatsApp and checked in every day, reminding me of the itinerary for that day and resending any tickets/vouchers in case I didn't have them handy. They were always super-quick to respond to any questions or provide help during the trip, including when parts of Paris were blocked off due to Olympics security and we were trying to get to our tour. If I ever travel to Europe again, I will most definitely use Zicasso's travel partner!
