Zicasso’s travel consultant and her team exceeded all our expectations. The itinerary was perfectly organized and we received clear directions every step of the way. Our contact in Italy was always available to track our needs and concerns, anticipating and averting any potential problems. The accommodations at the hotel were excellent and we especially enjoyed our bed and breakfast in Salerno. Additionally, we had the right amount of free time to explore on our own.

Zicasso's travel agent was like our “patron saint of hassle-free and VIP vacations!" Every step of our trip was planned for us; we were greeted by private guides at each airport or train station, and met in the lobby of our hotel for each privately guided tour. We went to the front of the line at the Vatican on a day when the line stretched over a mile. Each night she sent us a detailed itinerary for the next day’s tours and on our free days she even gave us suggestions for local restaurants.
I have traveled pretty extensively for work and pleasure, and this trip was so well organized by this travel agency. I cannot recommend them any higher. If you want a truly memorable and hassle-free vacation, you must use them; you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for creating a true “trip of a lifetime."

We had extremely high hopes for our first trip to Italy and Zicasso’s travel agent and the entire tour operator vastly exceeded all of our expectations! From the way they took our input on our likes/dislikes and created a perfect two-week itinerary for my wife and I for our 10-year wedding anniversary to the way they covered every logistical aspect of the trip to ensure that even though we were traveling to five cities over a two-week period, we never experienced any type of stress.
The only time we even had to touch our bags was getting on/off the trains! I have never experienced a trip that was so meticulously crafted as the one the tour operator put together for us, and thanks to that care and attention to detail, they helped my wife enjoy a trip of a lifetime.
