Zicasso’s travel specialist put together a perfect trip for us. We were a large group, with large age and ability ranges—in addition to traveling over the holidays, so places being closed for the holidays was also a challenge. She made magic happen and, honestly, our trip could not have been more seamless.

Zicasso's travel agent was like our “patron saint of hassle-free and VIP vacations!" Every step of our trip was planned for us; we were greeted by private guides at each airport or train station, and met in the lobby of our hotel for each privately guided tour. We went to the front of the line at the Vatican on a day when the line stretched over a mile. Each night she sent us a detailed itinerary for the next day’s tours and on our free days she even gave us suggestions for local restaurants.
I have traveled pretty extensively for work and pleasure, and this trip was so well organized by this travel agency. I cannot recommend them any higher. If you want a truly memorable and hassle-free vacation, you must use them; you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much for creating a true “trip of a lifetime."

Zicasso’s travel agent did an exceptional job planning our honeymoon. The experience was well thought out, properly paced, and was truly the trip of a lifetime. Her organization ensured we had access to helpful phone numbers and information, yet she was always available if we needed to reach out (which we really didn’t because the trip was so well planned). Aside from the delay because of the time change, working with Zicasso’s travel specialist was great. She took care of all arrangements in Sicily once our decisions were made. She confirmed with every hotel, driver, and guide, making sure our travel was effortless.
The guides were great, adding so much historical information to our attractions. Our drivers were friendly, providing us with clean, comfortable vehicles, safe driving, and interesting conversation about modern life in Italy. Our hotels were high-end, in city centers, with amazing breakfast buffets and professional, kind staff.
We used a reputable tour group for our first week of mainland Italy travel, but our experience with this travel specialist far surpassed the tour group experience and our expectations. I would not hesitate to use her again for any travel plans in Italy. She checked in with us pre-, mid-, and post-travel. There wasn’t one hiccup with the plans she made for us.

The travel company did a fantastic job planning our Italian vacation to the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts. The hotel in Positano was breathtaking. The excursions that Zicasso's travel designer recommended were fantastic. The cooking class in the hills overlooking the coast was amazing. Our travel plans changed due to airline difficulties and she was incredibly helpful in making adjustments on the fly to ensure our trip went as smoothly as possible.

Zicasso's travel specialist asked for our interests, to which we replied history, art, food, and wine. When queried about accommodations, our preferences were that they have character and be varied. Our expectations were exceeded.  
We were two couples who had a spectacular survey trip of Italy. Our agent addressed our request for history by arranging private tours with expert guides. We visited multiple eras: ancient times at the Egyptian Museum in Turin and the Colosseum in Rome; medieval times at the Medici palazzos; Byzantine times with views of the frescoes in Puglia; and modern history during a delightful food tour of Turin that featured historical cafés renowned for their political meetings and plotting. 
We indulged in a smorgasbord of art and history, as it is readily available wherever you journey in Italy. The guides and drivers were knowledgeable, pointing out treasures in the palazzos, the Vatican, the public squares, cafés, the cathedrals, and churches. Food tours featured cheese, capicola and truffle tasting. Multiple types of wines and vineyards were sampled, the settings varied and the offerings enjoyed.  
Accommodations could not have been better chosen. We enjoyed staying at a converted fortified monastery and a historic 16th-century palace. We appreciated the sunset over Turin from the upper deck of the hotel and enjoyed hidden privacy in Rome in our suites.  
During the trip, our guide shepherded this complex trip and promptly addressed any issues that occurred (delayed trains and coordinating tour guides). Unequivocally, each tour was unique and well picked by our agent. We strongly recommend this agency to help you have a fantastic trip to Italy!

Overall, our trip went very smoothly, even with the couple of changes we made on the fly. The drivers and guides were always prompt and courteous. All in all, we loved Malta! We want to give special thanks to Zicasso's travel consultant, who was a great help to us in all of our planning.
The hotel was beautiful, with a great location. The general manager was superb, as were all the front-desk staff. The manager offered excellent restaurant suggestions and general assistance.
Our room was quite nice and spacious. One issue with it was that it was a separate room from the other guest rooms, with access through the restaurant. The proximity to the restaurant meant that late at night and early in the morning we could hear noises from the kitchen and restaurant (tables and chairs scaping on the floor). However, we did love the hotel overall and would highly recommend it.
