Zicasso's travel company, specifically its agent, was a pleasure to work with. Our agent helped plan an amazing family vacation to Sicily, with a nice mixture of adult- and kid-friendly activities. She created a wonderful itinerary combining culture, education, excitement, and relaxation.My family will remember and cherish this trip for a lifetime. I would highly recommend our travel company and would absolutely reach out to them again for Italian vacations.

The entire nine days of travel from Slovenia to Montenegro were seamless as far as being picked up at the arrival airport and departure as planned. Transportaion was on schedule, which was important to me in a foreign country and eliminated any stress. Each private guide and/or driver throughout our trip was courteous and spoke English, which avoided any misunderstanding about all the wonderful sites we saw.

Our Zicasso travel specialist was great on all the trip recommendations and planning! While we were on our trip, we encountered an airline and train delay, and she was able to move things around to quickly accommodate the scheduling issues. We also requested a few add-on changes, like visiting the Duomo in Milan, and they were able to get tickets quickly. In all, I would definitely use them again!

Our trip to France was wonderful! I felt listened to on what we wanted to do and see, and I felt Zicasso's travel expert did a great job planning nice things within our budget.
Throughout the trip, I was communicated with well, which involved changes to our train tickets. Every driver and tour guide who was set up showed up on time and helped make the trip feel at ease.

Zicasso's trip planner was great to work with. Her planning was very detailed and well thought out. She kept in touch with us throughout the trip.

All arrangements for transfers and hotels went smoothly.  For the most part the local guides were good but some not so much.  A number of guides found it easy to be distracted by phone calls while in the course of guiding and while they apologized for this, these interruptions detracted from the overall experience - the issue is were they necessary and/or urgent interruptions given that the guide was being paid to essentially work for the client?I would certainly use Zicasso for another... The trip was great. Zicasso's travel expert did a good job in putting our trip together. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Tour pick-ups and hotel/airport transfers were handled efficiently. We appreciated that the travel company was always available by text to handle any questions/concerns.
To have more time to review our final travel documents, it would have been helpful to have received them sooner... Show More
