When we decided to go to Italy, we wanted to avoid a group tour so we could see and do what we were interested in at our own pace. Zicasso connected us with our tour operator and we were impressed with their competence, knowledge, and personal touch. Throughout the process of deciding what to do in Italy, they provided valuable guidance and suggestions. Information was exchanged via email, Zoom, and phone calls, then everything was confirmed by email from the tour operator. Our agenda was detailed and easy to follow. We visited five cities and stayed at small and large hotels, some downtown, some rural.
We recommend using guides, as we did for a two- to three-hour walking tour, for places you visit. All our guides and the excursions the tour operator arranged were excellent. We could not have done these things with a group tour. All transportation in Italy was arranged for us and the drivers were professional, friendly, and prompt, so we had no problem getting places. The hotels we stayed at were screened by the tour operator, so they were exactly what we wanted. They included breakfast, which was excellent. All recommendations for places to eat worked out great for us and we enjoyed them immensely.

Zicasso's travel specialist asked for our interests, to which we replied history, art, food, and wine. When queried about accommodations, our preferences were that they have character and be varied. Our expectations were exceeded.  
We were two couples who had a spectacular survey trip of Italy. Our agent addressed our request for history by arranging private tours with expert guides. We visited multiple eras: ancient times at the Egyptian Museum in Turin and the Colosseum in Rome; medieval times at the Medici palazzos; Byzantine times with views of the frescoes in Puglia; and modern history during a delightful food tour of Turin that featured historical cafés renowned for their political meetings and plotting. 
We indulged in a smorgasbord of art and history, as it is readily available wherever you journey in Italy. The guides and drivers were knowledgeable, pointing out treasures in the palazzos, the Vatican, the public squares, cafés, the cathedrals, and churches. Food tours featured cheese, capicola and truffle tasting. Multiple types of wines and vineyards were sampled, the settings varied and the offerings enjoyed.  
Accommodations could not have been better chosen. We enjoyed staying at a converted fortified monastery and a historic 16th-century palace. We appreciated the sunset over Turin from the upper deck of the hotel and enjoyed hidden privacy in Rome in our suites.  
During the trip, our guide shepherded this complex trip and promptly addressed any issues that occurred (delayed trains and coordinating tour guides). Unequivocally, each tour was unique and well picked by our agent. We strongly recommend this agency to help you have a fantastic trip to Italy! 

Our family trip was marvelous! The five of us had varied interests about what to do and see, and our itinerary gave us great freedom to share or splinter off as desired. We have memories of a lifetime. Zicasso’s travel consultant was an incredible friend to work with. We recommend her highly!

Zicasso’s travel designer was a joy to work with. He accommodated every issue and concern we had prior to the trip. The planning was excellent. We requested personal tours. Every driver was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Every guide was the same and all had incredible personalities. The tour partners he arranged to assist with trips that the travel company didn't provide were excellent.
My husband has a prosthetic leg, so there were many details that had to be taken into account to accommodate his needs. Again, all of the individuals we dealt with were very mindful of his needs and helpful, but still allowed him his independence, as much as was possible. I can't say enough about working with our travel designer and the fabulous trip to Greece that he put together.
We also had the benefit of him meeting us at our hotel in Athens when we arrived in Athens, which was also a plus to put a face to the person I had been dealing with only on the computer. This was by far a dream-come-true trip for us that this travel designer made possible!

My wife and I had a fabulous trip. Zicasso’s tour company was very easy to communicate with. The guides they arranged for us were great, especially our guide in Scotland, although our guide in Kerry, Ireland, was also very good. All transfers were easy and the itinerary worked well.

Fantastic tour beautifully customized by Danai from our travel agency. We visited two smaller islands off the beaten path in Greece and had wonderful boat trips, tours, and culinary adventures. Danai was available 24/7, day or night, to help with any issues that came up. But they were few and far between, because everything was so well-organized and thoughtfully executed. It was a dream vacation.

I want to take a moment to express my sincere thanks to Zicasso's travel company and each and every tour guide they provided. I had the most amazing time of my life. My group received the best care and attention to detail; we never had to worry or wonder what to do or how we would get there. I cannot express my gratitude to all. There is no other way to travel.
