Our trip to Barcelona and Portugal was fantastic. Our Zicasso trip planner was wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our entire planning process (even though we probably drove her nuts!), as well as on the ground. She was quick to respond via WhatsApp during our trip and researched alternatives when needed. We had a nice mix of activities in Barcelona and Lisbon, and finished off in the Algarve for some R&R. The guides were all top-notch, as were the accommodations, which were perfect for our large group.

Our Zicasso travel planner was excellent. Throughout the planning process, he was responsive, listened well to our preferences, and shared his recommendations candidly and respectfully. Having someone so familiar with Greece was invaluable. Furthermore, his trip execution was flawless. He met us upon our arrival in Athens and gave us a walk through the area, which was unexpected. He was engaging and friendly in person, which provided a great start to our travels.

We had a wonderful trip to Greece and it was made so easy by Zicasso’s travel agency! They handled all the timing and details so we just had to show up to the meeting locations at the time provided. All of the hotels were in fantastic locations and we had a wonderful experience with all the activities that were planned. We really enjoyed having a mix of planned activities and free days to allow us to explore where we wanted, but also do the known activities in that area. All of the private drivers were fantastic and it was very nice to not have to worry about transportation in a foreign country!

This was absolutely the most fabulous trip we've taken! Working with Zicasso’s tour operators was amazing. Every detail we requested was honored, from the very beginning of looking into tours we wanted to assisting us during the trip with last-minute changes. Our travel agent was always very responsive to my numerous emails throughout the year we planned the trip. She and her colleagues were wonderful to work with in the weeks prior to our arrival in Greece, as well as while we were there. I would be more than happy to use our travel company again and recommend them to others.

Everything about our trip was close to perfect in regard to the planning and execution of our travel plan. We took a leap of faith in using Zicasso after reading other positive reviews and are happy we made that decision.

Our planner did an exceptional job of listening to our interests, age, and lifestyle, then planning our trip. After the initial plan was proposed, we tweaked a few things and it worked out perfectly. During the trip, he promptly answered a few of my questions about tipping and changes to times of one or two tours. I offered feedback on a few of our experiences and he was genuinely interested. He was exceptional!

The two hotels were five-star and in great areas.

Every driver and tour was prompt and the drivers and guides courteous.

And the price was more reasonable when compared to comparable tours offered by "traditional" travel companies.

It was my first trip to Europe and I was traveling alone. Anna was amazing! She listened to what I wanted, my interests, and stayed within my budget. I was concerned about traveling alone as a woman, and she made me feel very comfortable by arranging all my transportation needs by plane and ferry between the Islands and arranging for my hotels to be within a central location. She also was great with providing me with suggestions for travel destinations and excursions that met my interests in water activities, hiking, and archeological sites. She answered any questions I had and was always available during my vacation if needed. This travel specialist met all my needs. I highly recommend them for travel to Greece and will use them in the future to explore more destinations. 

My sister and I had a wonderful trip to Italy thanks to our travel agent. He accommodated our specific requests and put together a very busy itinerary that allowed us to see a great deal in 11 days, which is exactly what we wanted.

He selected individual tours that were excellent and offered more than the typical tours I have experienced in Italy. That made a big difference to the quality of our experience.
