Zicasso’s travel company designed a fabulous 17-day Spain and Portugal tour for us. It was a pleasure to work with our travel specialist during the entire design process. First, the travel specialist spent time talking to us over the phone so she could get to know what each of us wanted to get out of the trip. Armed with that information, she was able to come up with a recommended agenda. We went back and forth a few times until she designed a trip that suited both of our interests. This trip turned out to be the perfect balance between learning about the history of the area, experiencing the culture, and enjoying our surroundings in rural and urban environments.
The week before we left on the tour, we reviewed our entire trip with the travel specialist over the phone. She wanted to answer any questions we may have had and to make sure we understood how to use our trip app. The trip app made it easy to see what we were doing each day. It contained descriptions of each tour and what was significant about the sites we were visiting. We had access to all our tickets through the app. There were Google Map links, so we could easily navigate to the location we needed to be. Recommendations for various restaurants and other things to do in the area were also included in the app.
The travel specialist provided her contact information and back-up contacts in case we needed anything during our trip. She made it clear to us that if our guide or driver was more than five minutes late to contact her. The travel company was there to support us 24/7.

We traveled to Greece in September 2025 for an 18-day trip to five locations. We went through Zicasso and were paired with the primary travel company and the local partner. My husband and I recently traveled to Italy for the first time. We wanted it to be a trip of a lifetime with as little stress as possible. Preplanning was key. The personalized collaborative planning started with a personal conversation with the owner on Zoom. He collected much information about our interests, goals for the trip, physical needs, and budgetary constraints. His team then created a beautiful itinerary, with many choices of hotels and VIP tours. It was so much fun to do research and make the choices that began to shape our once-in-a-lifetime trip.
Our travel concierge offered advice and recommendations, and answered the many questions we had throughout the planning process, until we came up with our final itinerary. Designing a trip with an expert in the field was fun and well worth it!!
Once in Italy, the attention to every detail made our experience simply extraordinary. From the moment we got off the plane, we were seamlessly guided and transported throughout the week by drivers and guides. We never had to worry about how we would get anywhere, which enabled us to fully focus our attention on all the beautiful locations and culture of Italy.
Choosing some guided tours was well worth it too. There is so much history and culture in Italy it is mind boggling. Our guides were enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend going to the Vatican in Rome, Orvieto in Tuscany, and Pompeii in Sorrento.
We highly recommend our travel company to anyone who plans to go to Italy. Just one more question for our agent. Now that we have fallen in love with Italy, where to next?

Zicasso's travel planner and her company gave me one of the most phenomenal vacations I have ever had. This trip can be labelled as the trip of a lifetime. She had every detail completed.
Our flights, our transfers, and our ferry tickets were waiting for us at the hotel front desk on every island. We had incredible tours set up, with the most incredible tour guides. We laughed, drank, ate, and celebrated in the most decadent locations in Naxos, Santorini, Crete, and Athens.
We encountered only one hiccup and she was on it within minutes of receiving my email. She stood by her word and solved my issue with professionalism and expedited the correction. Our travel specialist made sure everything was planned properly, and documentation and the provided app provided assurance to us that all was taken care of.
