We met for one week in Portugal for a family reunion, a large group of 17 people spanning three generations aged three to 68 from three countries (US, Germany, Sweden).

I am so glad I reached out to a professional travel agency to organize this trip. Communication with Zicasso’s tour operator was easy, always prompt, and helpful, including on weekends. They recommended and booked exceptional and child-friendly accommodations in Lisbon and Nazaré which were perfect for our group and which I wouldn't have found on my own. All transfers from and to the airports, from Lisbon to Nazaré and back to Lisbon, were prompt and the drivers flexible, friendly, and very professional.

For a private tour to Sintra, a bilingual guide accompanied us to explain everything in English and German. We requested a couple of short-notice changes to the itinerary and our main contact went out of her way to accommodate these requests.

A pair of sunglasses forgotten in one of the apartments was reunited with its forgetful yet happy owner at the final stop of our tour, only because of the initiative of our contact and her colleagues who retrieved them for us.

In short, our tour company delivered on every level (including reasonable pricing) and I highly recommend their wonderful staff and services.

We had a wonderful time in Portugal and thoroughly enjoyed the activities put together for us by our Zicasso travel company. Meeting some very interesting guides during our trip was also a highlight. The contacts we had at our travel company were also very warm and helpful, and were very prompt and responsive throughout our stay. This was very much appreciated.

Our family planned a trip to Spain and wanted some unique experiences that went beyond the traditional "museum-and-cathedral-style” tours. We got itineraries from two vendors through Zicasso and chose our travel team. We are so glad we did!

They designed an amazing tour that combined must-see locations like La Sagrada Familia and the Alhambra with unique experiences like a paella cooking class and private flamenco lessons. Our trip was 11 days and we were busy every day, but it never felt overwhelming. We saw many of the highlights of Spain and felt we got a great understanding of Spanish culture. We also got a list of restaurants to try.

Our travel agent booked all the hotels, transfers, and in-country travel, and everything was great. When we encountered problems that were outside their control, they rushed to fix them. For example, our flight to Spain was postponed by a day at the last minute and they were able to adjust our tours so we didn't miss anything.

This was the first time we had hired a travel agency for a private tour and we were very impressed with every aspect. I highly recommend our travel agents for your Spain tour!

In my entire life, I have never been so taken by a travel agency as I have with Zicasso. From beginning to end, you delivered on everything I asked for. I put the plan together and you made it happen seamlessly, flawlessly, and efficiently. We had a wonderful trip! The Zicasso travel agent was available by phone or text for any questions we had. Spain is such a beautiful country, with so much to see. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Zicasso was great to deal with. I wanted a trip specifically related to art. I wanted to do one thing a day because I am older. Once my requests were fully understood, Zicasso built the trip I wanted.

The 24/7 emergency number was extremely important because I had to use it a couple of times and it gave me comfort in a place I had never been before. I am 81 and was traveling alone. This was very important.

All of my drivers were so polite and on time, getting me to the right places. One of the guides I spent a day with outside of the city was exceptional. All of my guides were knowledgeable and really nice people to be with.

I got to eat at local restaurants and learn local knowledge that I would not ordinarily have access to.

I loved the chance to paint tiles and can't wait until they are baked and sent to me.

I had a lovely time in Lisbon.

Our trip to Portugal was perfection! This was all thanks to our Zicasso agent, who, from the start of planning, seemed to understand what we wanted and delivered a fantastic trip.
