This was the trip of a lifetime!

For nearly 50 years, my mom has dreamed about attending the Salzburg Music Festival, and Zicasso’s travel company helped make it happen.

I started working with our agent about six months before the trip began to allow us time to prioritize securing tickets for the festival (very hard to do), then built the activities in Italy and Germany around that. Communicating with our agent once on the phone and then via email was very easy and the program turnarounds happened quickly, reflecting our adjustments. We finalized a two-week trip through Milan, Innsbruck, Salzburg, and Munich, with day trips to surrounding areas. It was fantastic!

On the trip, our personal guide went above and beyond in terms of driving, helping to attend to logistics, and working through oddball travel delays (not on our doing), all with a fantastically positive attitude. I would certainly recommend our guide!

Zicasso’s travel company planned the trip just as we hoped. It was truly a magical trip with the historical sights and cultural elements that changed with the landscape. It was a hard trip to organize since we wanted to see so many different sights and the distances made it challenging, but it was meticulously planned with a private driver who drove us from place to place. I can’t give enough thanks to everyone who made this dream experience come true. Our driver was patient, friendly, and extremely helpful. All our guides were knowledgeable and enhanced the experience further. The trip was long, but very seamlessly organized.

Our agent had all of our documents organized, ensured transfers were on time, and checked in on us regularly to see where she could be of assistance. They did an excellent job working within our budgets and timeline, and providing tailored activities based on our interests.

Zicasso’s trip planner was amazing to work with. From our first phone conversation, I could tell he really listened to what my husband and I enjoy when traveling and put together an amazing itinerary. He was super-helpful throughout the trip and when we had questions and wanted to make a last-minute change.

The trip itself was an absolute dream. All three hotels he booked were perfect and the tours were outstanding.

This travel company provided a great experience for our family. We had wanted to see Croatia for the past few years, but were intimidated to plan it on our own. I worked with an agent who made regular phone calls with me and listened to what we wanted. She planned a beautiful trip for us.

We had private transfers throughout our trip and the drivers were timely, helpful and friendly, and spoke perfect English.

The hotels she booked were modern and charming, and having an extra room for our teenage son worked well.

We traveled into Dubrovnik, visited several islands, and ended up in Split. The pace of our trip was fantastic.

Every guide was knowledgeable and spoke fluent English. We had private tours with just our family. The boat tour from Split to some islands nearby was decadent. We loved that day. We also did an e-bike tour on the island of Hvar, which was a special highlight of the vacation. This tour group was fantastic.

Our agent and I were able to meet up in Split and speak in person. She brought us a bottle of Croatian wine to enjoy on our trip. We could not have been more pleased with all of the accommodations, tours, drivers, guides, and hotel experiences. It was perfect.
