The trip was wonderful! I will always use Zicasso for traveling. They make it easy, personalized, fun, interesting and safe!

The app "trip plans" outlining each aspect of the trip were very helpful, but not definitive enough in terms of activities. The planning was good, but could have been more detailed regarding each day's activities.

Our trip to Peru was absolutely magical! Zicasso’s travel company planned a top-notch trip with wonderful accommodations, extraordinary experiences, and delicious food. Our guides were exceptional; very knowledgeable and warm, just like all the Peruvian people we encountered.

We stayed in five-star hotels that were comfortable and full of character. All-around first-class accommodations all the way! Our domestic flights were great and the drivers and guides tasked with making sure we arrived at our destinations safely were wonderful.

We had an excellent trip to Argentina! When I spoke with Zicasso’s travel agent, I had a few ideas of what I wanted to see and do. We were presented with a trip that exceeded our expectations. We spent time in Buenos Aires, Cafayate and Iguazú Falls.

All of our accommodations were excellent. However, the food, spa, and views at the Cafayate hotel were hands down our favorite.

In Buenos Aires, we attended a tango show and explored the city. We also learned how to make empanadas and learned about Argentinian wines at a private cooking class and wine tasting.

In Cafayate, we visited boutique wineries, went horseback riding, and visited a farm that made amazing goat cheeses.

Our last stop at Iguazú Falls was breathtaking.

I appreciated our agent’s team making some minor changes during our time in Argentina and having someone to help us with the language (our Spanish is non-existent). And our drivers and operators were excellent. Overall, it was an amazing trip!

Zicasso’s tour planners curated the perfect trip to Argentina for my son (college senior) and me. They designed an itinerary that took us to Buenos Aires, the Mendoza wine region, and Iguazú Falls, and paired us with bilingual guides who were knowledgeable and fun. Thanks to our guides, whose tours made our overall experience that much better, and to the drivers who helped get us to and from airports and hotels. Every detail was handled beautifully and this allowed us to relax and enjoy our first visit to Argentina.

The accommodations they selected were excellent and we enjoyed staying at smaller boutique hotels that included breakfast. The location of the hotel in Palermo Soho in Buenos Aires was perfect and it was easy to walk to restaurants, nice shops, and into the main part of the city (fine arts museum, bookstore and so much more). Argentina is an amazing country with so much to offer and we look forward to returning and exploring even more. Zicasso’s travel company was a big part of making this an unforgettable trip. Our Zicasso travel operator did a wonderful job of helping us plan and organize our trip to Argentina and Chile. We were very happy with all our accommodations and it was really amazing to have all the transports show up on time with our names, even when our flight arrived very late in BA. It was so much easier having that arranged by our travel operator. Our agent checked in frequently during our trip to see how things were going, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I believe the travel agency did a good job of setting everything up. All the guides showed up on time and ensured we reached our scheduled destinations. The hotels were clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a positive trip and I would recommend using this travel company.
