We were two couples traveling to Argentina and Chile, predominantly in Patagonia. We had a great three-week trip, including a four-day cruise around Cape Horn and multiple domestic flights and transfers.

Zicasso’s travel agent helped us put together our custom itinerary and arranged all accommodations, guides, and transfers. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the planning process and the trip, and did an outstanding job arranging all the logistics.

We were contacted by text by each individual subcontractor one day prior to any transfer. They were also very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Every transfer was exactly on time and everything in what was a complicated three-week itinerary went like clockwork. Boarding passes for domestic flights were provided the day prior to the flights. All the guides provided were excellent: friendly, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The accommodations were mostly excellent.

Overall, our travel agent did an outstanding job and we highly recommend him to anyone wanting to have a great trip to Patagonia and Argentina.

We selected our Zicasso travel specialists because they designed the best itinerary and seemed to well understand our needs. Their accommodation choices were good value and generally in the best locations. They handled the difficult logistics of our trip quite well, but at times were negligent in informing us promptly of changes to the program and flights. We had more interaction with them during the trip than we normally have and they always responded quickly and effectively. We were very pleased with the guides and drivers they hired and our program was busy and diversified, as we wanted it. Overall, we had a great trip and recommend them.

We had an absolutely amazing trip. Our Zicasso travel agent made our vacation very special. She put together a trip that took us to all of Ecuador's regions, with fantastic guides who went above and beyond.

The lodge in the Amazon was such an adventure and the cruise in the Galapagos gave a perfect glimpse into the islands.

Our agent’s attention to detail made our entire trip so easy and stress-free. All we had to do was enjoy our adventure. From Cotopaxi to diving Kicker Rock with hammerhead sharks to seeing endless wildlife in the Amazon, our agent and her company created the perfect trip, and I can’t recommend them enough.

Our trip to Peru was absolutely magical! Zicasso’s travel company planned a top-notch trip with wonderful accommodations, extraordinary experiences, and delicious food. Our guides were exceptional; very knowledgeable and warm, just like all the Peruvian people we encountered.

We stayed in five-star hotels that were comfortable and full of character. All-around first-class accommodations all the way! Our domestic flights were great and the drivers and guides tasked with making sure we arrived at our destinations safely were wonderful.

Overall, I believe the travel agency did a good job of setting everything up. All the guides showed up on time and ensured we reached our scheduled destinations. The hotels were clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a positive trip and I would recommend using this travel company.

My husband, four adult children, and I had such a wonderful family trip! We worked with our Zicasso tour operator and she was extremely proactive, thorough, and responsive. Within a day or so after our initial introductory conversation, she sent a proposed itinerary, which was a great jumping-off point for planning. Even though we were extremely slow to book and the busy travel season was upon us, she never pressured us, and instead made suggestions to plan the best trip possible.

Once in Colombia, the travel team stayed in touch with us every step of the way through WhatsApp, including sending us boarding passes for our in-country flights. They even left us a wonderful gift at the hotel as a memento of our trip. I would highly recommend our travel company to plan any Colombia trip!

Our trip to Peru, planned by our Zicasso travel agent, was an absolute five-star delight from start to finish. The itinerary she crafted for us over two weeks allowed us to see all of the top attractions, like Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley, and the vibrant markets of Cusco. But what really set this trip apart was the attention to detail and local expertise provided by the travel agency and their on-the-ground team.

The pre-trip information on the best restaurants, local cuisine, and cultural traditions was invaluable in helping us make the most of our time. And the guides they connected us with were not only extremely knowledgeable, but truly passionate about sharing the history and significance of the places we visited.

Beyond just hitting the highlights, our agent also made sure we had the opportunity to discover some lesser-known gems, like a family-run weavery in the Andes, where we got to learn about traditional textile techniques, and a quiet, off-the-beaten-path town where we immersed ourselves in local life. These were the kinds of authentic experiences that made our trip so memorable.

I can't recommend this travel agency highly enough. Their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a rich, well-rounded (yet affordable!) travel experience were unmatched. We returned home with incredible memories and a deep appreciation for the culture and beauty of Peru.

The Zicasso travel agent and her company were absolutely amazing!!! Our trip was flawlessly arranged and each detail was planned beyond our expectations. All our transfers, hotels, transportation, and excursions were seamless. Our guide was so knowledgeable and kind, offering us a unique experience with his insight into the Inca culture. I loved our agent because she offered her opinions and was spot on with all her recommendations. I could not thank her or recommend this company more. The only thing I would change would be to select a better hotel for our last night in Lima. We chose a three-star, but I would go four-star or more if I could do it again. Also, I would have liked to return from Agua Calientes on a train a bit sooner than 3.30pm.

Our trip was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we could not thank the team at the travel agency enough for making it memorable beyond our expectations!
