We had an amazing trip which was pretty much faultless. Everything was easy and very well organized, and any small thing that we wanted addressing throughout the holiday was actioned immediately. Our travel specialist was great and frequently checked in throughout the holiday.Before the holiday, our travel specialist offered many ideas of what to do but worked really closely with me on preparation as I liked many ideas but there were particular things and hotels we wanted to go to, and these were all incorporated. Our travel specialist also helped with Visa preparation, etc.On our last day before we left for the airport, our travel specialist called the hotel for a final check-in, which was lovely. Both my husband and I have high standards, and we came away from this trip thinking it was one of our favorites, and we travel a fair bit. Thanks to the travel company and, in particular, our travel specialist.

Their suggestions on tours within the larger trip, honed by my preferences, led to a variety of experiences: learning about the histories of these countries, experiencing their culture and religious beliefs, meeting a wide variety of people, and enjoying great food along the way.

I consider myself an experienced traveler, but found our travel company’s enveloping presence throughout the journey would provide comfort to the least experienced traveler. The company also gave this "old hand" a sense of confidence that little would go wrong along the way. At each point in the trip, the meet-ups were error-free and the guides selected were talented and knowledgeable ambassadors of the topic at hand.

Therefore, for anyone considering a trip to Asia, I can wholeheartedly recommend this tour company as your partner for a great journey.

I have traveled all over the world with Zicasso. I have many adjectives to describe their work, but flawless is the best one. They are masters of logistics, getting you to your activities in comfort. Once your custom itinerary is set, you can count on getting from place to place seamlessly and privately.

The trip to five countries that I have just returned from was organized by a Zicasso travel partner who was even available during the trip in the event of any issues, which are a rarity. All the guides are personable and ensure all goes as planned.

Using Zicasso goes beyond just going places because they provide a history lesson of each place and you can ask as many questions as necessary.

I would especially like to mention my guide in Tokyo, who shared her many thoughts on Japanese pop culture and customs. Also, my guide in Bangkok, who was more like a friend in the city than a tour guide.

Our trip was absolutely amazing! The Zicasso tour operator was a pleasure to work with. He put together a fabulous, customized two-week itinerary of Vietnam for us. We told him the things that were important to us on this trip and he included everything we asked for. He was so responsive and made himself available either via Zoom, text, or email. He made us feel comfortable and at ease while planning this trip.

A few people in our party had some dietary restrictions and our guides always made sure accommodations were made.

We have already told our friends who plan on visiting Vietnam how highly we recommend this travel company!

My husband and I were fortunate to have one month in this beautiful part of the world. We had some very specific desires for this trip (learning Muay Thai and experiencing Thai culture).

The Zicasso travel company we selected exceeded every possible expectation. Beginning with the planning phase, time was taken to learn about us as travelers, our goals for this trip, and our general likes and dislikes. Communication was absolutely stellar, being convenient, professional, and kind.

The trip itself was an experience of a lifetime!!! The areas we visited and the activities were perfect. The accommodations, guides, and general points of contact in Thailand were beyond inspiring. Further, the people (from drivers, guides, and staff at accommodations) could not have been more welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and fun!!

Although we were in Thailand for a month, we were really sad to leave. We were so pleased about how flawless everything was. I can be a bit of a nervous traveler, but this agency took such care that my anxiety completely melted away.

From planning through the post-vacation “blues”, this company was one of the best I have ever worked with!! I have such appreciation and gratitude for this team!

We had a good relationship with our Zicasso travel agent, who helped to organize our dream trip to Japan. The trip itself was lovely. The accommodations were top-notch and our agent created a customized itinerary that accommodated our special requests to attend a baseball game, overnight at a Zen monastery, and visit a tea farm.

The only downside was that once we were in Japan, our main contact ended up being another outfit, one that organizes tours for countless tourists each year. As a result, we didn't have consistent contact with our tour operator. It was only possible to reach their representatives via email or by using roaming to call them on ($$$). It would have been better to be able to reach reps and local guides via text message or WhatsApp.

The information provided by the in-country tour company hadn't been updated since before the Covid-19 pandemic. It consisted of a series of PDF files with hyperlinks that weren't live, so you couldn't simply click for more information. It left a less-than-luxurious impression.

Nevertheless, the trip was still spectacular and we had a great time.

Working with our Zicasso travel agent to plan our amazing trip to Thailand was a delight. We told him what our general ideas were (natural world and historic sites), and he proposed three appropriate itineraries. We picked the one that most interested us, then he modified it to meet our specific desires. He was readily available and very responsive to my communication, in spite of the time difference between the US and England.

For each component of our trip, our agent found absolutely amazing guides, including guides for birding, touring an elephant sanctuary, kayaking, and a cooking school. One of our last-minute requests was to have a bilingual guide with us for the entire trip. Our agent hired an amazing young man who was very knowledgeable about Thailand and educated us while helping us navigate a country with a language and alphabet that was baffling. He guided us through temples, shopping districts, menus, and transportation. He became one of the family by the end of our week together.

The trip was amazing, the accommodations were luxurious and unique, and the activities our agent planned were just what we wanted. We would not have changed a thing.

We need to thank Zicasso, because without them, we never would have discovered such a wonderful trip planner out of England. They were fantastic.

We had a great trip to Japan with this Zicasso travel company. We booked pretty late, so there wasn’t great flexibility in creating the itinerary, but the locations and activities chosen were excellent. The guides were professional and organized, and the transfers and other arrangements were pretty flawless.

We could have used more downtime/fewer guided hours on a long, two-week trip. Despite the internet hype, Japan is not hard to navigate, especially once you’re in country and can ask for help from your hotels. We didn’t need as much handholding (a person at the airport, a person to take us to the train station, etc). The experiences were excellent, though perhaps pricier than necessary.

All in all, it was a great trip that required little thinking on our part.
