Our family planned a trip to Spain and wanted some unique experiences that went beyond the traditional "museum-and-cathedral-style” tours. We got itineraries from two vendors through Zicasso and chose our travel team. We are so glad we did!

They designed an amazing tour that combined must-see locations like La Sagrada Familia and the Alhambra with unique experiences like a paella cooking class and private flamenco lessons. Our trip was 11 days and we were busy every day, but it never felt overwhelming. We saw many of the highlights of Spain and felt we got a great understanding of Spanish culture. We also got a list of restaurants to try.

Our travel agent booked all the hotels, transfers, and in-country travel, and everything was great. When we encountered problems that were outside their control, they rushed to fix them. For example, our flight to Spain was postponed by a day at the last minute and they were able to adjust our tours so we didn't miss anything.

This was the first time we had hired a travel agency for a private tour and we were very impressed with every aspect. I highly recommend our travel agents for your Spain tour!

We had a wonderful trip! The Zicasso travel agent was available by phone or text for any questions we had. Spain is such a beautiful country, with so much to see. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

We recently returned from a fabulous trip to Spain, planned by our Zicasso agent. She was amazing to work with!! She was so attentive and helpful! We communicated by phone and email for a couple of months to plan every aspect of the trip. My husband and I were traveling with our four children, ages 13 to 22, and wanted to ensure everyone would be happy with the locations and activities. The entire trip was seamless and it was such a relief to not have to worry about the details.We spent 12 days in Spain, visiting Barcelona, the Costa Brava region, Santiago, and Madrid. Every hotel was wonderful, with beautiful rooms, fabulous complimentary breakfasts, and convenient locations. All our personal guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to spend time with! We could not have asked for a better trip! We would book with Zicasso’s travel company and our agent again in a heartbeat!

We had a magical trip to Spain thanks to Zicasso’s travel partner. There were eight of us, my wife and I, our four adult children, and two sons-in-law, so there was a lot to coordinate.

Our travel agent distinguished herself immediately through the selection process by being a great listener and customizing an itinerary that worked for us. She helped me think through all of the options and we came up with a terrific plan. She was incredibly responsive leading up to the trip and even more so once we were in Spain (most responses were within 60 seconds!).

The hotels she recommended were perfect. It was clear she works with the best guides, who have tremendous respect for her and want to work with her whenever they can.

She remained flexible during our trip and was always willing to help us optimize our plan based on changing preferences/circumstances. I can’t recommend her and our travel company enough. They were outstanding!

This trip made our 27th wedding anniversary memorable by combining discovery and exploration with much-needed rest and relaxation. Our Zicasso agent and her team were engaged and accessible on a daily basis, which added an extra level of ease and peace of mind to our trip. My wife and I returned to the United States eager to plan our next European vacation.

We had an absolutely amazing time on our trip, a high-school graduation present to our son. Our family of five, including 14, 16, and 18-year-old kids, wanted to maximize the time in Spain, so we wanted an aggressive schedule. We were able to visit Barcelona, Girona, Granada, Córdoba, and Seville over nine days.

Our Zicasso agent and his company were fantastic to work with from the initial interaction. They were exceptionally helpful in going through multiple iterations of an itinerary until we landed on something that made sense and lined up with our desire to maximize our time in Spain. They provided great advice on how best to organize the trip, minimize travel time, and get the most out of the trip. The tours and guides they arranged were top-notch, and it was fantastic to have all the tickets and reservations made for us, meaning we did not have to worry about things selling out. The locations of the hotels were perfect, the restaurant recommendations were spot on, and the overall trip was seamless.

I appreciated the hard copy printout of tickets, itineraries, and recommendations waiting for us at the first hotel. I also liked how available and responsive our agent was any time we needed him on the trip. There were a few instances where we were unable to locate a driver at a train stop, but a message to our agent quickly resolved the issues.
