This was our first trip with Zicasso’s travel company and we were really happy with how everything worked out. The initial planning to create an itinerary that met our interests was easy, while giving us a lot of options we had not did considered. I liked being able to pick a specific hotel and level. 
During the trip, we appreciated the follow-up by our agent to make sure we knew who the drivers and guides were and when they were coming, as well as being there for any questions.  Specifically, we would say the guides and tours were the highlights of the trip. All the guides were great. You could tell that were passionate about their countries and were extremely knowledgeable. Overall, it was an excellent trip!

It was unforgettable.

In short, the travel specialist and his team created the perfect Spanish getaway. When we return to explore Portugal and northern Spain, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again.

All the tours we took were wonderful, with personable guides, and our drivers for transportation were also great. Everyone was on time, always. We had a flight delay leaving the US, resulting in missing an entire day in Barcelona. The agency could not have been better about getting transportation and tours moved, and making adjustments for us. We were still able to take all of our tours despite missing a day.
Also, while in Spain, our flight from San Sebastián to Madrid was canceled. The agency let us know right away and quickly made other arrangements. I could not have been happier with how they dealt with travel issues, especially when the issues we had were due to flights and not something they had booked for us. I was truly able to relax and have fun knowing that the agents at the travel company would handle any issues we faced.
