Our travel agency was a fabulous partner in planning a first-time trip to Europe for me and my recently graduated daughter (she turned 18 in Rome!). They worked with me to plan a wonderful itinerary and took care of everything from start to finish. They were fantastic with communication throughout the two-week trip. They used WhatsApp and checked in every day, reminding me of the itinerary for that day and resending any tickets/vouchers in case I didn't have them handy. They were always super-quick to respond to any questions or provide help during the trip, including when parts of Paris were blocked off due to Olympics security and we were trying to get to our tour. If I ever travel to Europe again, I will most definitely use Zicasso's travel partner!

Zicasso’s travel agent did a terrific job planning our Sweden trip. She listened to us and gave us an itinerary that worked perfectly.

Our eight days in Norway were amazing! Zicasso’s tour operator made the trip planning so seamless. She focused on our needs and interests first, then worked with us to build a wonderful and custom trip. We visited Oslo, Årland, Hafslo, and Bergen. The people were lovely, the scenery was spectacular, and it was a perfect combination of activity and time to slow down and enjoy the beautiful country.

We had a good relationship with our Zicasso travel agent, who helped to organize our dream trip to Japan. The trip itself was lovely. The accommodations were top-notch and our agent created a customized itinerary that accommodated our special requests to attend a baseball game, overnight at a Zen monastery, and visit a tea farm.

The only downside was that once we were in Japan, our main contact ended up being another outfit, one that organizes tours for countless tourists each year. As a result, we didn't have consistent contact with our tour operator. It was only possible to reach their representatives via email or by using roaming to call them on ($$$). It would have been better to be able to reach reps and local guides via text message or WhatsApp.

The information provided by the in-country tour company hadn't been updated since before the Covid-19 pandemic. It consisted of a series of PDF files with hyperlinks that weren't live, so you couldn't simply click for more information. It left a less-than-luxurious impression.

Nevertheless, the trip was still spectacular and we had a great time.
