My husband and I were fortunate to have one month in this beautiful part of the world. We had some very specific desires for this trip (learning Muay Thai and experiencing Thai culture).

The trip itself was an experience of a lifetime!!! The areas we visited and the activities were perfect. The accommodations, guides, and general points of contact in Thailand were beyond inspiring. Further, the people (from drivers, guides, and staff at accommodations) could not have been more welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and fun!!

Although we were in Thailand for a month, we were really sad to leave. We were so pleased about how flawless everything was. I can be a bit of a nervous traveler, but this agency took such care that my anxiety completely melted away.

Our trip was wonderful! It was nicely planned and executed by Zicasso’s tour company. Our agent was very reliable, very available, and honest. I felt cared for. This vacation was sensational from beginning to end. The hotel choices were absolutely perfect. The tours were extremely fun and educational. We never got bored and were always engaged in conversations. The drivers and staff members at all locations were spot on, friendly, and so helpful with everything, from recommendations to conversations on the histories of those towns with small tour guides.

This vacation was epic; we had uptime and downtime, making it awesome to recharge our batteries. It was beautiful from day one to day 13. Imagine; we visited Venice, Lake Garda, Florence, Cortona, Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Capri, Naples, and Rome. In between, we had wine tastings, cooking classes, and several private boat adventures. Everything was private, which was so special and unique. We have over 600 memorable pictures and unlimited memories for a lifetime.

We are extremely happy we chose this company and Zicasso as our travel experts; it was the best decision we have ever made. The communication between our family and Zicasso’s travel agency was exceptional. We felt confident and comfortable traveling to a country we’d never been to before due to their efficient, detailed, and timely responses. At one point, just before we left, we sent a list of restaurant reservations we made on our own, outside our itinerary. Our agent checked our flights in relation to the time of our reservation and the distance from the hotel to the restaurant, letting us know that based on recent flight delays, we may not make our dinner reservation and would be charged a 100% cancellation fee by the restaurant. We thought this deep analysis into our plans and the “heads up” were a great example of the level of detail that went into our trip planning.

Each excursion was thoughtfully planned and valuable/memorable. We would not have missed a single one, with the exception of one tour at the very end of our trip when our guide was not as strong as the others had been.

We liked that we started with Tokyo and then traveled the country from that starting point because we liked the other cities much more. Because we started in Tokyo, we didn’t really know any differently.

Though it was low season in Japan, I would not travel there again in the summer months. It was just too hot and humid for me. Our other family members did not mind the heat as much as I did.

We would use our travel company’s services again and recommend them to our friends and family without hesitation.
