The trip was lovely. Working with Zicasso's travel consultant was delightful from start to finish. She had really great ideas for things to add to the itinerary and was great about incorporating things to see and places to visit that we already had in mind. It was truly a collaboration between the two of us to form the perfect itinerary.
I've worked with a lot of other travel companies to arrange custom itineraries for trips and this was one of the best. The app was very handy for quick changes and communication when we were in Scotland.

The trip was great and the coordination for trains, transfers to and from hotels, and the airport provided by Zicasso's trip planner was perfect. We enjoyed the variety of each city and the hotel locations were perfect for our needs. We also appreciated the private tours, with extraordinary local tour guides. It was a first-rate trip overall.

Our trip was fantastic. Zicasso's travel specialist and the team at her company met with us and mapped out a travel plan that met our family's desires and helped us craft a trip for us and our two children (ages 13 and six).

They were receptive to our needs and wants in the planning process, as well as quick and responsive when changes needed to be made mid-trip. The hotels and accommodations booked were top-notch. The activities were easy and seamless with ticketing and updating of our road-book for each day.

My wife and I had a great experience with Zicasso's travel specialist (who coordinated the initial logistics) and especially with our tour guide (who was an 11/10 and exceeded our expectations on our tour). They customized our trip before we arrived and then our guide was responsive to "on-the-fly" changes once we were in-country. I hope I can refer more people to them.

Zicasso's trip planner was phenomenal. She made sure she understood what our priorities were and created a perfect itinerary, booking excellent accommodations for us. She also identified a driver who really fit in with our personalities and was a key piece to the absolute best vacation we have had.

Zicasso's travel company was professional, thorough, and very attentive to my needs and interests. It was also clear the guides and drivers partnering with the agency in the UK had great respect for the travel company.

The trip was great. Zicasso's travel expert did a good job in putting our trip together. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Tour pick-ups and hotel/airport transfers were handled efficiently. We appreciated that the travel company was always available by text to handle any questions/concerns.
To have more time to review our final travel documents, it would have been helpful to have received them sooner than a week prior to our departure.
