We used Zicasso for the third time and, once again, were not disappointed. We went to Thailand and Vietnam. Our agent helped design our trip and was absolutely wonderful. We had an amazing, nearly three-week trip throughout Southeast Asia. Zicasso's tour operators did an incredible job planning all of the details of the trip. In general, I am not easily impressed and I tend to be pretty upfront with my criticism. In this case, I was truly impressed. I really don't have any criticism about the whole experience.

Everything was very well arranged by Zicasso's travel specialists. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. The tour guides were always on time. Airport pick-ups and drop-offs were very helpful. The hotels where we stayed were amazing. It was a great experience!

I really enjoyed my trip. Zicasso's travel company did an excellent job crafting an itinerary to my specifications and budget. I had nice accommodations and excellent guides!

Our trip to Japan was wonderful! We particularly liked certain unique events, like the tea ceremony, cooking class, and Ghibli museum access. Having a dedicated driver and guide made getting around and personalizing the trip possible.

The trip met my expectations and more. The hotels, guides, and tours were great, and, coupled with our Zicasso travel planner's communication, made this a trip of a lifetime,
