Argentina is an amazing country and we had a fantastic time! The travel agent from Zicasso's travel company helped curate a trip that checked all the boxes of what we enjoy about travel. The history, neighborhoods, and dancing we experienced in Buenos Aires were fascinating. The dining experience at the restaurant near Plaza Serrano was top-notch. The scenic beauty we observed in Bariloche was inspiring, and the thrills and views of Iguazú Falls we experienced and witnessed were simply amazing.
Highlights included the Glaciar Castaño Overo hike with the guides (they were great people and we really enjoyed their company; we would highly recommend them). The views from Cerro Campanario in Bariloche. The jet-boat ride and helicopter tour at Iguazú will leave lasting memories imprinted on my brain. It was just a stellar experience that no one should miss when coming to the area. The lunch and olive oil tasting on our wine tour was a delight and unique from any wine tour we’ve ever done.
All around, it was a great trip that went pretty smoothly from start to finish. We are grateful to the travel specialist for putting it all together (hotels, excursions, internal flights, transfers, etc.) so all we had to do was show up and enjoy.

Through Zicasso, we were connected to the travel company, a Buenos Aires-based travel group, which is excellent, and which we highly recommend. We worked with the trip planner, on every aspect of our trip. She is outstanding; one could not ask for a better, more knowledgeable, more service-oriented, more responsive and accessible person with whom to plan and execute a trip. Working with the trip planner was a delight!
Ours' was a private tour for two; we traveled through Argentina from Nov. 1--Nov. 26, with a goal of seeing as much of the country as we could in just under a month. Our itinerary took us to very different parts of Argentina: Buenos Aires (2 days at the start and 2 days at the finish); Puerto Iguazu and Iguazu Falls; Salta; Cafayate and Cachi (the Calchaqui Valley Circuit); the Salta Salt Flats; Purmamarca; Tilcara; Humachuaca; Bariloche; El Calafate; and Ushuaia.
The arrangements made for us met and/or exceeded our expectations--4-star hotels; internal flights on Aerolineas Argentina; tours; guides; drivers; airport/hotel transfers, etc. On one occasion we had a problem with a (driving) transfer from one location to another, the travel company addressed it immediately, securing a refund for the day. On our flight from Salta to Bariloche (connecting through Cordoba), the plane could not land in Cordoba because of weather; it landed instead in Neuquén, which has no direct service to Bariloche. The only way the airline could get us to Bariloche was to fly us to Buenos Aires, then the next day to Bariloche (crisscrossing the country twice and losing two days in Bariloche). We reached out to the travel company; within a short time, the trip planner secured a car and driver to take us to Barioloche, a 5.5-hour drive with stunning scenery along the way, so our trip could stay on schedule. This is the level of service we experienced with the travel company.

The tour company did everything as promised - even meeting out delayed flight to Bariloche around 3 AM. All the guides and drivers were great. The hotels were all exceptional. Except for that one day of 22 hours of travel due to bad weather in Buenos Aires, everything went very smoothly. I would recommend the tour company to anyone traveling to South America. The trip planner was prompt with answers to questions when we were in the planning stages, basically it was a great trip!

I will begin by stating our Argentina land package coordinated by our vacation specialist for this travel agency is a wonderful person to work with and extremely committed to providing top-notch customer service deserves a 6+ star rating. Our adventure left Buenos Aires for 3 days in Bariloche, 3 days in Mendoza and 3 days in Puerto Iguazu returning to Buenos Aires. This trip was absolutely amazing. Our specialist created a customized itinerary to include trekking, kayaking, nature walks, wine tasting, food, boat ride, waterfalls and cultural activities allowing us to experience Argentina from the inside and leaving us with a wonderful experience and longing to return to Argentina to do it all over again. She did a fantastic job arranging the private transfers from/ to airport, private car with tour guides. For the most part all of our drivers and tour guides treated us like family. I am on a special diet and most outing involved food. Surprisingly this was a non issue because the guides handled this so professionally I did not feel like this was an inconvenience.
