Zicasso's travel partner put together a great trip for us Buenos Aires, Iguazú, Tilcara, and Salta. Our agent immediately responded to our questions and even quickly got a refund from the rental car company when we downgraded our car at Salta. I will definitely consider them first for any future trips to this region.

We had a wonderful trip, thanks to Zicasso’s travel specialist and the tour operator. We had to skip Brazil due to personal schedules, but Chile and Argentina were great. All the hotels, drivers, and guides were outstanding. We were very pleased with everything!

We just returned from our two-week trip to Chile, planned for my 60th birthday. My boyfriend and I had the most spectacular trip! Zicasso's travel company put together an amazing itinerary, designed to meet all our requirements for experiences, logistics, uniqueness, and our desired activities. From my first call with the travel specialist, I felt the responsiveness, personalization, and high level of service his company provided. I couldn’t have asked for anything more in a travel partner.
We had three stops – a winery in the Colchagua Valley, a boutique hotel in the Patagonia Lakes region, and a lodge in southern Patagonia, near Torres del Paine National Park. The recommendations on lodging were so perfect. Each was intimate, with such a high level of service and uniqueness. We loved that they were all inclusive, with meals and excursions included. This allowed us to adjust our plans day to day, based upon weather and how we were feeling. The travel specialist also made arrangements to make sure I had a very special birthday celebration, which was absolutely wonderful.

This is the third trip we’ve booked through Zicasso and we’ve already booked our fourth for 2026.
Zicasso’s travel company did a great job.
We really enjoyed our trip to Argentina and Chile. All the hotels were great and the transfers went smoothly. We enjoyed the excursions. Some we liked better than others, but that’s to be expected. We really enjoyed our time in El Chalten, El Calafate, and Torres del Paine. The scenery was spectacular. Patagonia should be on everybody’s bucket list if they enjoy hiking and the great outdoors.
Thanks again to this travel company for setting everything up. We also really appreciated the service they provided during the trip. When we had a question or needed to move a couple of things around because of weather, they were easy to get a hold of and very helpful. That’s important, as there’s always something that comes up.
I would definitely recommend this travel company to anyone wanting a private, customized trip to Argentina and Chile.

This was our first organized trip through an agency in decades. We found it a nice way to personalize and structure our two-week trip to a new continent. All of the people we were in contact with were courteous and well-informed, and transported us safely to our destinations.
Overall, we felt the services in Chile were more organized and informative than in Argentina. Communications were also better, with more heads-up and outreach. Tours were paced well and we loved the personalized, individual touches.
Our only disappointment came at the end, when no driver arrived to take us to the Buenos Aires airport. We had to call an Uber and Zicasso's tour agency did reimburse us.
