Chile, Argentina, Brazil Tour Review: Iguazú Falls, Perito Moreno Glacier, 16-Day Trip

Our trip was flawless. Zicasso’s travel agents arranged everything from airport pickups to drivers to a tango show to tour guides. While on the trip, we asked if they could arrange a cooking class for us. It was a last-minute addition and they managed to put it together for us. It was one of many highlights. They remained in touch with us throughout the trip, informing us of our next day’s pickups and even sending us our boarding passes for our intracontinental flights. We were six experienced travelers and had no complaints.

Argentina Luxury Birthday Vacation Review: History, Culture, Scenery, Food, Wine, Nine-Day Tour

I cannot recommend Zicasso’s travel company enough! They orchestrated an unforgettable birthday adventure for our group of four across Argentina, spanning the stunning landscapes of Patagonia, the vibrant streets of Buenos Aires, and the picturesque vineyards of Mendoza.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear every detail had been meticulously planned with care. Each hotel we stayed at acknowledged the birthday celebration, adding an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our experience. It truly made us feel special and appreciated.

The guides provided in each city were exceptional. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable about the local history, culture, and landmarks, but they also went above and beyond to ensure we had an enriching and enjoyable time. Their passion for their respective cities was infectious, and we left each excursion feeling enlightened and inspired.

One of the highlights of our trip was the amazing seven-course lunches with wine pairings. All the transfers between locations were seamless, with the exception of those affected by the national airline strike, which was, of course, an extenuating circumstance and beyond anyone’s control. With all the details in the itinerary handled for us in advance, we were able to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the journey without any worries or stress.

Overall, our experience with our travel company exceeded all expectations. They not only delivered on their promise of an unforgettable birthday trip, but also surpassed it with their exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients' experiences.

Argentina Travel Review: Bariloche, El Calafate, Iguazu, Buenos Aires, Perito Moreno, Iguazu Falls

All I can say is wow. My family just came back from the best trip ever – 10 days in Argentina. Our Zicasso travel partner did an amazing job. She worked with me to understand my priorities and style, and created the perfect itinerary for us.

There were so many places in Argentina I wanted to see, but we had limited time. We went to Bariloche, Calafate, Iguazu and Buenos Aires. It was simply spectacular.

Our travel team not only planned the perfect itinerary, but provided amazing support throughout the vacation. From the hotels to the activities, everyone loved the trip. I cannot recommend our agency highly enough!

Chile, Argentina Luxury Tour Review: Patagonia, Santiago, Valparaiso, Perito Moreno Glacier, Torres del Paine

We have always planned our own trips, but weren't sure that was the best approach for Patagonia. We made such a good decision putting the trip planning in the hands of Zicasso’s tour operator. She listened to the things that interested us and those that didn't. She drafted an itinerary and made adjustments as we provided input. The result was a trip that focused on the things that were important to us (easy hikes, spectacular scenery, and boat rides).

The accommodations were unique and personal, often small boutique hotels with historical significance, but modern amenities.

The guides were personable and well-informed, and able to make adjustments to fit our interests. The guides and drivers were always on time and in comfortable cars.

The pre-trip itinerary included photographs of locations and hotels which facilitated trip preparation. Our agent provided information on tipping, exchanging money, and the type of clothing likely to be needed. During the trip, there was almost daily contact via WhatsApp, an easy and cost-effective way to communicate, which allowed for minor adjustments in times, pick-up, or, in the case of illness, adjustment to the schedule.

In short, the trip planning was detailed and personalized, the trip itself ran smoothly and as expected, and we were able to enjoy the spectacular scenery without having the responsibility of making sure all the arrangements were taken care of.
