Travel Review: Luxury Argentina Vacation, Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Iguazu Falls, Winery Tours

My wife and I took a 12-day trip to Argentina that covered Buenos Aires, Iguazu and Mendoza. As we had never been to Argentina before, we reached out to Zicasso and received an expression of interest in designing our trip from this travel agency. After two or three conversations with their representative (who speaks perfect English), we arrived at our itinerary and the number of days that made sense for our trip. As it turned out, our travel agency remained in communication with us the entire trip, including getting us our printed boarding passes to each place we stayed. Virtually all of the logistics, including our tours, hotels and ground transportation went off perfectly. We believe that this happened as a result of our representatives' "hands on" approach during our entire trip (a representative even came to our hotel in BA to introduce himself). We will certainly only use this company for any future travel to South America! They were open with their pricing, which was competitive, and provided outstanding, personalized service during our entire trip. We could not be happier with them!

Argentina Luxury Birthday Vacation Review: History, Culture, Scenery, Food, Wine, Nine-Day Tour

I cannot recommend Zicasso’s travel company enough! They orchestrated an unforgettable birthday adventure for our group of four across Argentina, spanning the stunning landscapes of Patagonia, the vibrant streets of Buenos Aires, and the picturesque vineyards of Mendoza.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear every detail had been meticulously planned with care. Each hotel we stayed at acknowledged the birthday celebration, adding an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our experience. It truly made us feel special and appreciated.

The guides provided in each city were exceptional. Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable about the local history, culture, and landmarks, but they also went above and beyond to ensure we had an enriching and enjoyable time. Their passion for their respective cities was infectious, and we left each excursion feeling enlightened and inspired.

One of the highlights of our trip was the amazing seven-course lunches with wine pairings. All the transfers between locations were seamless, with the exception of those affected by the national airline strike, which was, of course, an extenuating circumstance and beyond anyone’s control. With all the details in the itinerary handled for us in advance, we were able to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the journey without any worries or stress.

Overall, our experience with our travel company exceeded all expectations. They not only delivered on their promise of an unforgettable birthday trip, but also surpassed it with their exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for their clients' experiences.

This agency arranged a wonderful trip for us to Argentina and Chile (Buenos Aires, Mendoza, El Calafate, Torres del Paine, Santiago and San Pedro de Atacama).  The itinerary was prepared with our input and budget considerations though a very easy interactive process with their team. The accommodations and tours were as promised and we had a wonderful vacation that included city tours, wine tasting and some more adventurous outings in Patagonia and the Atacama Desert.  I can certainly recommend them for your travel needs without any hesitation.  A big thanks to our travel planners and the rest of the travel team.

Review of Luxury Argentina Trip, Iguazu Falls, Buenos Aires, La Boca, Patagonia, Tigre, Perito Moreno Glacier, Zip Lining, Kayaking

Our trip planners from this travel company planned our entire trip, we visited Iguazú, Buenos Aires and last we traveled down to Patagonia. Every step of the way, from the planning and communication beforehand to daily check-ins during our trip, was absolutely perfect. Our trip planners understood our priorities and what was most important to us, and they were always available and willing to answer our questions.  The entire trip was spectacular from accommodations, to transportation, to activities during the trip. Our planners made sure everything went as planned and were available to assist with any little issue that arose - some examples of this were being able to coordinate a private trip and boat tour in Tigre when we requested it the day before, our planner speaking with the airport personnel in El Calafate when there was an airline strike and we nearly missed our flight, and making arrangements for one of our hotels to hold luggage that we wouldn't need in Patagonia so we didn't have to worry about flying there with extra baggage. We highly recommend this travel company for assistance in planning a wonderful trip to Argentina, they recommended the perfect excursions for us and secured reservations at some of the most exclusive and sought after properties that we never would have been able to get on our own.  We could not be more pleased with our trip and will never forget it. Thank you for planning, organizing, and executing the PERFECT trip to Iguazu, Buenos Aires and Patagonia. We will be recommending you to all our friends and family and will definitely be using you in the future!!

Travel Review, Argentina & Chile, Santiago, El Calafate, Buenos Aires, Bariloche Hike, Glacier, 19-Day Tour
Pre-trip planning good. All transfers went smoothly.Mostly nice hotels, but thought could have done a little better in El Calafate ( was a tour group hotel), and Buenos Aires ( nice and small in good location but just a little 'rough' around the corners). All guides very good.
