Zicasso's travel company was very easy to work with while planning our trip. We had a very active vacation and they set the itinerary so lower-activity days were just where they needed to be for some rest. During our trip, they responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall, it was a well-planned and fun trip.

Our two Zicasso travel co-ordinators were very patient in helping plan the whole itinerary, changing it multiple times and catering to all our needs. One was very thoughtful in the itinerary planning and gave really good suggestions as well. All the transfers and bus services booked were very punctual and comfortable. All the hotels were super-cozy and located close to bus terminals and airports. The staff there were really sweet and helpful.
Both co-ordinators were very accessible via WhatsApp and always super-quick to respond to all our queries, which we appreciated and were thankful for. The itinerary was very organized and smooth.
