We have just returned from a trip to Chile. Our travel agent arranged our trip and I cannot speak highly enough of her, and everyone else that we met on her team. She organized a 5 day trip to the Atacama Desert and a day trip to Valparaiso which followed a business trip that my husband attended in Santiago.
This travel agency was one of 3 agencies that Zicasso contacted us with when we began planning our travel. All were good but this one stood out from our travel agent's initial email and phone call to us. She provided us with several possible detailed itineraries in Atacama and was knowledgeable and helpful to us in making our choice of the Atacama resort. We highly recommend this hotel! It is situated close to the town of San Pedro in a beautiful valley. The hotel sits very naturally into the setting. It's quiet and the rooms are comfortable. We chose the all-inclusive rate which included 2 guided half day tours or one full day tour per day, and all meals. We stayed in Atacama for 5 days and every day we explored a new and different terrain. The guides were fantastic! And, it was nice to come back to relax at the hotel and enjoy a delicious meal with great service.

- Santiago- our guide was wonderful. Hotel beautiful and comfortable, room well appointed, however, somewhat noisy due to the location of the room. Hotel staff very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. City tour and dining recommendations were excellent.
- Valparaiso- city tour wonderful, our guide excellent as this is where she lives so got many special insights on the city. Hotel is elegant, beautiful grounds and views. We felt very special as we were the only ones there.
- Wine country- winery very special. Their commitment to ecology and sustainability was special. Wine tastings with cheese and chocolates over the top. We even got to taste their top award-winning red wine.
Santa Rita- what a place! Staying at the house was amazing, room, food, service, staff, wine tastings all wonderful. Loved this place!!!!!!! We felt like royalty staying here.
To sum up; you put together a wonderful first visit to Chile. Everything was first rate. the guide was phenomenal, the tours first rate and the accommodations, definitely first class. We will not hesitate to recommend this company to our friends and we will use you again for our next trip to Chile.
Thanks to you and the travel company for a truly memorable trip.
